I haven't been back from Wilford Hill Cemetery all that long.

It was really peaceful, nice breeze, and not remotely to warm despite being sunny. We started off by paying respect to @GrannyPie and my grandparents/Aunt Jean. I don't like when the people who maintain the graves mess with the baby graves. They've done a decent job tidying up, but some of the graves have things dumped onto of the head stone and I find that very disrepectful.

They have excavated down to the headstones of numerous baby graves, carelessly discarding any fencing or ornaments in the process.

Some of the head stones seem to have been clipped, as I noticed clips and I know they wasn't there prior. Thankfully, my daughters is fine, but I went round picking some of the stuff up and placing it down nicely. The biggest annoyance, is the plaques and temporary headstone markers being placed upside down and unreadable.

Good morning, it’s a lovely start to the day.

Saturday means matchday so safe travels to those making the journey. I’ll be listening on the radio hoping for a good performance but first I want to go a 5k walk with Mrs. T, I’ve paused my park runs for a while it was getting a bit much and I wasn’t enjoying it. I may start again when I feel up to it.

Have a great day whatever you are doing.

Good morning, we’ve got a cloudy day with the occasional sunny spells.

Our niece is popping in to see us on her way back from her trip to Finland she’s got a land rover that she sleeps in with two dogs, she’s a real action girl, ex army and fearless. It’ll be good to catch up.

Other than that no much happening, I might watch the red dogs against West Ham on the telly later.

Have a great day folks,

Same here, much prefer the computer. I keep my phone as far away from me as possible!

It's good you get where your parents are coming from. Years down the line you'll remember all the things you did outside and with friends, and too much unproductive time on devices will seem like a waste of a youth. I guess a healthy balance of all things is a challenge for all of us, but especially for the younger generations. When school restarts you'll get back to a normal routine

I use my phone when I just want to have a quick look or reply to something fast. It’s handy when I’m out and about or not near my computer. But I like using my computer more when I want to really get into the chats and look around the site properly. It’s way better with a big screen and easier to see everything.

The site still looks nice on my phone, which is good. But I’ll always pick my computer if I can. I’m not one of those people who’s always glued to their phone.

Also, my arms aren’t that long, so reaching for my phone isn’t super easy anyway!
