Welcome to Notts, Beck-Ray Enoru!

Featured Replies

Beck-Ray Enoru has joined us from National League side Tamworth for an undisclosed fee.

The versatile, attack-minded 23-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal, with the option of another year in the club’s favour.

Director of Football Richard Montague said: “Beck-Ray has a very exciting profile and will add another dimension to our attack.

“As well as being extremely quick, he’s a very talented one-v-one dribbler and a real threat in the attacking third.

“Having excelled in step three of non-league before joining Tamworth, he has taken the National League in his stride and we’re excited to now give him the opportunity to showcase his talents in the EFL.”

  • Robbie changed the title to Welcome to Notts, Beck-Ray Enoru!

Sounds like a decent signing to bolster our attack, I hope it’s not a replacement for one of the front two.

Link to Beck-Ray's first interview as a Notts player.

Great interview. He seems to have lots of enthusiasm & eagerness which is very encouraging.

Seems that he is very much in the Aaron Nemane mold with lots of pace and trickery. Something that Notts need to open up defences down the flank. If he's better than Aaron Notts have a gem.

Interesting signing, hope it works out.

I’d suspect that it might take a bit of time to adjust to the full time, L2 environment tbh. At 23 and with limited expedience, he is a raw talent. I’m not expecting too much too soon. Time will tell with this one.

Welcome and good luck to Beck-Ray Enoru. Hope this is a gem of a signing.

The club will do what the club will do according to its strategy. Question though for fans, what would you prefer this January window if it was a choice between 3 punts on future talent or 1 promotion level, first-team contributor, if that was the straight choice on how to spend X amount of available funds?

Welcome! Sounds a promising signing to me - maybe someone who can play behind the striker(s). A Hall replacement?

It also looks like a return to the policy of signing promising young players on their way up.

He's an aggressive fast in your face type of player, hope Notts don't coach this out of him, he needs the ball and just go at players.

Pleased with this, he clearly backs himself to be able to make the step up to League 2, I really hope he's great for us. He's been listed on our website as an attacker which hopefully means he's not going to play at wing-back and suffer the same fate as Jarvis.
