I know people who live in warm countries who have visited the UK during heat waves, and they say it's gruelling. I don't like how people are picking on those who complain because it's natural, and it really has been very unplesant the past two days. It's caused me no end of pain, so I now that the warmth and cold impact me greatly.

We get no chance to climatise to the conditions; it's just stuffy and humid.

I get the frustration, as I would rather get on with it but it does become impactful. I am more opposed to complaints about the cold, and snow. There's not much we can do about either mind. Time to invest in a fridge that produces ice... If only...
