Okay, so if you was you choose songs based on their message or by title which you could related to Notts County. (our for our resident opposition fans their team) What would your 10 tracks be?

  1. Don't Stop Believin' - Journey (Ever so important for any fan)
  2. Sunchyme - Dario G (Just very upbeat sound, positive energy)
  3. Eye of the Tiger - Survivor (Just for the hell of it, who wouldn't?)
  4. The Upwards War and the Down Turned Cycle - Less than Jake (Reminds so much of some Notts fans)
  5. Reason To Believe - Crowned King (Everyone needs a reason to believe)
  6. You Really Got Me - The Kinks (Another must, I thank Super Ram for this)
  7. Dare - Stan Bush (Classic transformers song from the cartoon movie, if I need to reflect on something this is the song I choose to remind me)
  8. Break My Stride - Matthew Wilder (Good times, bad times.. Nothing's going to slow me down - Gotta keep moving!)
  9. Jaded (These Years) - Mest (Another song that reminds me to reflect on life)
  10. Tubthumping (I get knocked down) - Chumbawamba (When I hear it, I think of our times at the bottom of league two)

Obviously there could be many more I could of added and I'm sure I missed some very good one's, this might not get many responses but for those who read please consider it. I'm sure there's songs which remind you Notts. County Notts County, County's The Name, Football's The Game

Quite a list Joe! I'll have a think and re edit my post after but to start with 'We are the champions' for obvious reasons. I don't want to get ahead of myself!

Slightly changing the above.Songs dedicated to all things football

Green green grass of home-Tom Jones(1966)--To all the dedicated groundsmen

Does your chewing gum lose its flavour-Lonnie Donegan(1959)--Sir Alex Ferguson. His jaw never stops.

The only way is up -Yazz(1988)--Any team at the bottom of their league.

Get Back-The Beatles(1969)--When referees line up a defensive wall.

Its over-Roy Orbison(1964)--For referees who don't know when ball is a yard over the goal/touchline.

Its only make believe-Conway Twitty(1958)--Fans expectations and hopes.

Don't bring me down-E.L.O(1979)--Any player on a mazey run- to opposition cloggers.

Don't you think it's time-Mike Berry(1962)--To refs at the end of 90 minutes when your team is hanging on and there are 5 minutes added time(from nowhere)and 6 minutes have already been played.

It's the same old song-Four Tops(1965)--Managers excuses after another bad result.

Go now-Moody Blues(1964)-By ref to player he's sending off, alternatively to any unpopular manager/owner.

Blame it on the weatherman-B*witched(1999)--For any match postponed due to conditions.

I don't like Mondays-Boomtown Rats(1979)--For any fan going to work/school after a defeat.Being a Rams fan who spent all his working life in Nottingham particularly applicable to me.

Silence is Golden-The Tremeloes--What Happened when Forest lost and Rams won(see above).

I can't think of any more at the moment but I'm sure I will after Saturday match v Forest.

Ah! That is an obvious one and very good!

The one foot in the grave tune could be useful in a joking sense about some of our older players. I'm sure Wally would say that it's suitable for a player who we narrowly missed out on. LOL

Like it!That made me laugh.

Who sang the winner takes it all? I had another a comment ago too but I'm not sure what the title is or who sings it. Mmm!!

Bob Marley - One Love (NCFC <3 )

Bob Marley - Three little birds (every little thing, is gonna be alright)

Venice - We're still here (quite apt after all our club's been through)
