Final

Featured Replies

Looking likely to be a Bradford City v Swansea City final then with both sides taking a two goal lead into the second legs of the semi finals.

How different might things be if Arquinn had scored here...

Anyone think Villa/Chelsea will turn it around? Personally I cant see Chelsea going to the Liberty Stadium and winning by 2 goals, its a hard enough place to go to as it is. I dont think Chelsea will be too bothered about this competition anyway.

Villa do have an away goal, I think they could pull it back if they were to get the first goal in the second leg, but their defence is so dodgy at the minute i wouldnt put it past bradford going down to villa park and getting another goal or 3!

It's interesting mate situation.

I hope Bradford do manage to pull it off, they deserve it after their results and how things could of been different had we scored in the clip above, saying that we might of just sat back. They've managed to show signs of being quite impressive and although i dislike the club (mainly due to the fans) I would love to see them in the final.

Aston Villa have been hit and miss, I don't think we can expect fireworks but they might make Bradford surprised.

Hope neither sit back and defend, I hope they go for it. It's not like an every day league cup match though!!

My mother came from Bradford and we used to go up and stay a few days in the school holidays. My dad would take me to City, or Bradford park Avenue, who were in the league then ,or Leeds.

Hope they win then we can say we were knocked out by the League Cup winners, don't seem so bad does it? :)

It's a shame the Millers couldn't of done better too whilst we're at it. I dont really like them, awful club and some fans are extremely thuggish but having said that they've done amazingly well, a club which I'm sure are very proud and I hope they win for the decent fans they've got.

Well disappointing the way it panned out. Was hoping it would be a lot tighter but once the Swans went ahead and Bradford had the keeper sent off it was a mountain  for them to climb. Still a great effort for a Div4 to even get to Wembley and the fans were brilliant.

Well done swansea glad ur beat them so heavily

I'm not really, I dislike seeing a welsh team win something English. I don't mind them being our league but this is just taking the biscuit, mind you I like their manager and main goal threat. They'll be lucky to keep either in the summer! Plus I wanted our Ricky to do well.

Another Welsh club win a pot...Wrexham beat  Grimsby in a penalty shoot out at Wembley in the FA Trophy. Good to see ex-Saddlers Dean Keates and Chris Westwood play so well.

I don't mind Wrexham :P

Well done to them, I wasn't aware of this! I'm not keen on Grimsby.
