Notts County Appoint Mick Halsall

This seemed to totally skip my radar, although there's something behind the appoint but what?

Notts County have appointed Mick Halsall as their new Head of Academy Coaching.

The 53-year-old held a similar role at Walsall where he guided players such as Scott Dann, Troy Deeney and Matty Fryatt into the first team.

In other news,

Notts County can confirm that Academy Manager Mick Leonard has been suspended pending an investigation.

The club would like to stress that there is no disciplinary action being taken against Mick Leonard at present.

Now does this mean we've replaced one Mick for the other and given him a totally new title? "Head of Academy Coaching" or does that means he's the head of the coaching staff because I thought a Manager would be.

Really wonder what's gone off here.
