Yes ,my younger sister was like that. If there was a programme on TV that I particularly wanted to watch, you could guarantee she would want to watch something else.I used to get round this by checking the TV guides and 'booking' viewing time with my parents. She wouldn't be bothered with the TV until I put my programme on and then she would suddenly  want something else on .She didn't like it when my 'booked' programme was left on.

There aren't many childrens films that appeal to both kids and adults. Children seem to enjoy adult adventure films anyway.Films like Superman and Spiderman come to mind.

There were many in the 80's, mid 2000's seen a return of the feel good 'family movie' yet nothing is like watching the one's from the 80's. I watched 'Little Monsters' with Jake and Ellie earlier, loved Fred Savage when he was little. Very good child actor and I still miss the wonder years!

There isn't many now. Most of them both adults and kids like are older films and programs. There are a few newer ones but not many. Programs now get very repetitive but those years ago i can watch over and over again, same with the films.

It must be very difficult nowadays to come up with something new and different. There's been films about horses , dogs, cats, pigs, mice, and,   well just about every animal. Films about space travel, under water, the future  and the past.  Perhaps Jake has the makings of a good film script based on his jokes :)

lol yeah. He told me walking to school what he wanted to do as a job when hes older, he said he wanted to be an illustrator so he can draw pictures in books and then he will be famous and people will see his name :twitch:

Jake and Ellie keep me amused on Friday's when I am bringing them back to you . I have Jake chatting about something in one ear and Ellie chatting away about something else in the other ear .It gets a bit confusing as they flit in and out of each others conversation .God help me when Ava starts talking. :)

Well everyone is already called "dad" even though she knows other words. It won't be long till she is because shes copying everything all the time.

I know shes walking now, but you still take her in the buggy so she's not exactly a hand full in there.

She went to pick Harry up from nursery on on Friday with William and Vicky. When I went to pick up Jake from school we all met up and came home together and Ava walked most of the way.

She walks with me to pick Jake up everyday whenever we arn't going out after, and used to walk with me to pick Ellie up too. She walks most of the way then too. You don't take her from here without the buggy though do you.

The buggy holding stuff is very useful yes, when they don't need it anymore you find yourself taking a bag out with you and soon fill it because its surprising how much you can fit under the buggy. Its much quicker with her in the buggy, but she does prefer to walk and is quite fast at walking, she just gets distracted alot and trys to walk the wrong way alot. Thats kids though :)

Yeah, don't forget the acorns too. I had a kitchen window sill full of stones and acorns one week when Jake brought them all back from school. He wasn't so pleased when i moved them. I wonder what he'd say if i got rid of his bucket of stones in his room hes insanely keeping lol

He told me earlier he's taking hunting up, so I'd imagine a stuffed Super Ram head.

What the heck does this have to do with television programmes, keep it to the subject matter Tin Tin.
