I will definitely sort out a page or at the very least structure a post which can be pinned promoting this.

We had the suggestion of inducting people less frequently, I think this is a good idea because we may end up running out and it would be nice for it to mean something. Also, suggested we should include staff and perhaps then we could give them a certificate if the club would be okay with PoN doing this.

That's one to discuss at a later date though.

Shall we discuss this a bit?
