Good footballer, been under used and messed about this season. Shone at Chesterfiekd and has barely been used since!

Attacking midfielder with good touch and a decent pass on him - just what we needed at the start of this season. A refined version of Noble but less agile. He seemed to lack fitness early on and was discarded too soon by Derry after Acrington. Personally, I think he should have been an integral part of our midfield ahead of either Noble or any of the spare part loanees.

Certainly not seen the best of him, that's for sure.

Apart from a couple of mis placed "Hollywood"passes and his first half mix ups with Dumbuya, Wroe was no worse than most yesterday. He displays some composure and quality on the ball that others lack - the fact that he's hardly a game in 6 months and has never been given a run or even a consistent role when he has played can't help his confidence.

He remains a decent, attacking midfielder - I'd play him ahead of Smith or Noble any day of the week tbh. If Mullins was capable of playing that deep lying central midfield role we might have seen more if Wroe, but he isn't & we didn't.

Wroe alongside Curtis Thompson, Jones and Adams is still are best midfield 4 imo.

Wroe is a ground passer, he can cross too but I wouldn't say he can pin point high passes like clearly Liam Noble can.

He's not a bad player, hopefully Moniz can help him.
