Oh how they have fallen, I guess you could say that it was written that once Ronnie Moore went to Hartlepool that they would end up relegated.

I wonder how the Chairman feels now after sacking him and then watching him go on to work miracles at Hartlepool, more importantly how must their fans feel now.

94 years as a league club. Sad to see.

So many clubs now end up doing a double drop as opposed to bouncing back up...

I hope we survive

I'm sure we'll be fine, we have been threatening a big win for the last couple of games in patches so hopefully we will get the result we want in the armpit of england

Add Wigan to the list of double droppers.... surely they have to be favourites for league 1 next season

I reckon they'll triple drop, that club is in internal turmoil and until they sort that out the footballing side will always suffer

Very sad for Tranmere. It'll make it harder for them to attract kids away from the 2 clubs over the water.

They are a 'proper' league club to me, like Stockport, Lincoln, Grimsby etc.

I didn't mind them until I attended the away game at their place and I realized just how others see them.

On a general football forum I belong too, many opposition clubs fans have stated how they hope they don't get back up. I think it's a shame because during my time of doing PoN, I have enjoyed connecting with other clubs fans but Tranmere and Bristol City are two that are very bitter!

poor tranmere, i expect them to bounce back if the fans play their role.
