@RayTrew has confirmed that we've had an offer of £100,000 turned down for Crawley's Izale McLeod.

I see Crawley have turned a 100k bid down for him, from us, I think he would be a great signing who could get 25 plus goals in this league.

Crawley are out of their mind. $100,000 for a 30 year old. WOW

Ex Ram who I think could do a good job for Notts.I would have thought a defender would be a priority though.

Mr Trew should hire a PR person or go on a course, this is not the way to go about transfer dealings. It's disrespectful to Crawley and doesn't reflect well on us as a club.

Why have we approached a player like that? Surely we would be better served going for Ian Henderson from Rochdale or Tom Bradshaw from Walsall

I think Mr Trew is more than capable on deciding how he wants to handle transfer dealings,

Or alternatively Sjoerd Ars scores goals for fun in the Eerste Divisie 1 in 2 ratio through his career

With Lee Hughes you got the guarantee of goals, goals against the good teams not just the bad ones

Smacks of desperation. We have plenty of firepower to be going on with. What we don't have is a couple of decent CB.

I guess if Tranmere could turn down £150k for Enoch Showunmi then this probably shouldn't be a surprise.

We have plenty of forwards but a lack of firepower, as proven against Scunny, the number of quality balls played into the box with no striker any where to be seen was unbelievable, thank god the management know this.
