Yes let's sack another manager because it's worked before hasn't it?

I'm sure you'll get what you want and he'll be sacked but what then? Let's hope the new manager has a magic wand.

i'll continue to support Moniz and the team until he is replaced, then I'll support the new man.

Totally fed up 'pie.

okay let's not sack him and when we slip further down yea we can watch you moaning and then we can say told you so.

Sorry but this is something I strongly strongly disagree with you on not arguing with you just being honest right.

We haven't won away all year via the beginning at Stevenage we are a los of Barnet who are 18th now.

So answer me this how far are you gonna allow it to go we are nearly in January.

And it's getting tight down the bottom

If we had Mourinho some fans would want him sacked the first game we lost.

I don't see the point in persevering with a manager just for the sake of it. This is a strong squad and the right manager will get the best out of them. We have to sort out the defence and that's about it. RM is a coach at best, he's not a manager of any real quality. It doesn't give me any pleasure saying that.

If he doesn't go soon, we could well be drawn into relegation to conference football.

Even if the new guy is not all singing all dancing, what we need is steady organization. We need the honeymoon bump points as well!

Do you seriously believe we could be relegated this season @hissingdwarf? We are 16 points clear of relegation and winning most of our games at home.

C'mon Hissy, ye overreacting a tad bit there. I mean, I'm disappointed and was baffled that we seemed to be playing without any sort of idea - frustrated we was two - nil down by half time but I think we'll be fine.

I don't think Moniz knows how to set us up to play certain times.

And, certain players need to up their games but we'll done to Carlisle. They sounded like they wanted it more! Fair play to them.

so what do we do Keep on with the give him time mantra while we keep getting hammered?

Newport was a good comeback. Today shows how bad we really are!

Can you remember the last time we started off well in a game? Smacks of no hold over the players pre match to me and they only kick on out of instinct. Not instruction.

The point is @tonyhateley we're darn close to it now! Considering the size of the squad and more importantly for our club, the size of the wage bill, performances as disorganised as that must be unacceptable and surely a change is better made now. Ray has sacked lots of managers. Some stupid mistakes imo. Short (maybe shouldn't have been employed in the first place. Cotts should have.) Todays victorious manager Curle. Had his bad points and tactics, but not sure about the timing of the sacking and Mad Dog, now at Barnet. One of the best we've had for a while now imo. The guy was a plonker and did some weird stuff, but he could motivate not only the players, but the whole community.

When we went on the stadium tour, Les Bradd said Allens name more than any other didn't he @notts-joe? Why? because he was impressed. That'll do for me!

Maybe relegation is an emotional over reaction, but maybe what Ray needs now to keep us going is another emotional reaction his evening and clear out the staff tomorrow morning!
