What ratings do you think each player deserves.

for example this by @Piethagoram

Ratings

Loach - 6 - Steady..had chances to release the ball earlier which became frustrating at times

Atkinson - 4 - Slightly better than Hewitt in that he did block some crosses but still unconvinced on his quality.

Edwards - 6 - Steady Eddy.

Hollis - 6 - Solid with the odd distribution lapse as usual. Perhaps should have done better with header

Audel - 7.5 - Man of the match Willingness to bring the ball gave us an outlet.Solid defence with fair share of winning headers

Aborah - 6.5 - Composure on the ball. Welcome back Oh Stanley!!!!.

Noble - 4.5 - Poor, wasted dead ball delivery. Should have been more instrumental

Thompson - 6 - Played with passion

Burke - 5.5 - He needed to switch with Campbell...He needs to step up as he allows the others to put effort in.

Stead - 4.5 - Too many loose lay offs gifting possession away.

Campbell - 4 - Final ball atrocious. Pity as he puts in the effort

Subs

McLeod - 4.5 - Idle by name, Idle by nature. Missing crucial chance, 150k should buy better.

Murray - 5 - Not enough quality, missed great opportunity to release Snijders

Snijders - 5 - Not enough time to influence the game.

Loach - 5 - Hardly called upon for once.
Atkinson - 1 - Terrible, Hewitt should be starting as right back.
Edwards - 6 - Comfortable, nothing impressive but did the job.
Hollis - 4 - Defended well but his distribution today was shocking.
Audel - 6.5 - In our half he did very well, stood out by a mile but should not run with the ball.
Aborah - 6.5 - It's good to have him back finally.
Noble - 4 - Offended little today.
Thompson - 5.5 - Not a perfect performance but steady.
Burke - 5 - Looked very good at times going forward, needs to offer more at the back.
Stead - 4 - Ineffective on his own, needed support.
Campbell - 5 - Did well going forward, looked to get into space and tried to offer support to play.

Subs

McLeod - No rating but his miss summed his performance up.
Murray - 6.5 - Far better movement from him, tricky and eager to help score.
Snijders - No rating barely touched the ball.

I think a few of the marks above are a bit harsh:

Loach - 6 - Nothing too difficult to do.
Atkinson - 6 - Stuck at it and generally did well.
Edwards - 6.5 - Simple stuff but added stability to the back line.
Hollis - 6 - Looked bettter with Edwards alongside him.
Audel - 7 - Strong in the challenge, good going forward.
Aborah - 6 - Took a while to get involved but did OK.
Noble - 5.5 - Struggled to get into the game.
Thompson - 7* - Energetic performance, never gave them time on the ball.
Burke - 6 - In and out, but looked dangerous at times.
Stead - 6 - Led the line well, touch let him down at times.
Campbell - 6 - Lively, just doesn't look like scoring.

McLeod - 6 - some good runs into space, should have scored.
Murray - 5 - Didn't make the best use of the balls he got.
Snijders - n/a

Mark Cooper - 8 - Sent out a motivated and organised team, which is a massive improvement on anything Fullarton did. A bit unlucky not to get a win, but at least it's a start.

Not a great performance, but a big improvement nonetheless. I don't think anyone had a poor game, and we actually looked like a team rather than a bunch of strangers again. All we really demand is effort, so it was good to see a lot of fans staying behind to applaud what they had seen.

but @Elite_pie, I always set high standards :D

After the last few weeks, any Notts player who passed to someone in the same colour shirt got an extra mark from me!

Loach - 6 - Was hardly troubled but made a couple of fantastic saves, which I feel looked better due to distance (still good saves).
Atkinson - 3 - Looked awkward beyond belief, struggled to attack and just blasted the ball out from the back..
Edwards - 5 - Steady performance but he didn't do much in my opinion.
Hollis - 4 - Quite poor with his passing, defending he got stuck in but tended to lose his position.
Audel - 6 - Performed quite well at the back, was pleased to see him cope with the tall opposition players.
Aborah - 6 - Played comfortable football, looked to draw fouls when nobody supported him rather than just losing possession.
Noble - 4 - Frustrating, he doesn't look confident going forward and offered little.
Thompson - 5 - Bravely defended and got stuck in, still looked awkward on the ball.
Burke - 6 - Acceptable but could have been more trouble for the opposition.
Stead - 4 - Really struggled, often took to many touches and seemed to dislike taking a chance at goal.
Campbell - 5 - Moved about well, especially compared to others and always looked to make himself available but offered little elsewhere.

McLeod - 3 - He needs confidence, his first touch and movement was very poor.
Murray - 5 - He tried his best, we looked better after his inclusion and he gave us something we lacked.
Snijders - I'm not rating him because he barely got  a touch, bar a time whereby he could have shot on first touch.

Loach - 7 - when required did everything he needed to.

Atkinson 5.5 - Did everything required of him most of the time - slightly dodgy kicking though.

Hollis - Solid 6 - he was solid, won headed duels, won tackles, would of had a goal had it not been for great goalkeeping.

Steady Eddy - 6.5 if it came in our box 99% of the time Eddy headed, booted, got rid of it.

Adel - 8 wanted to make things happen, played for his Notts County future, he and Burke communicated well definsively.

Curtis Thompson - 6 - Ran every blade of grass, played like his old self won the ball, got forward.

Noble - 5 Tried to make things happen but it just wasn't happening.

Aborah - 6 shown his talent throughout the game.

Burke - 5.5 did what was required, had a couple of shots, could of been better.

Campbell - 6 should of scored, gets into great positions just no end product.

Stead - 6 - Marshalls the front line leads by example got, constantly was the victim of shirt pulling and niggling fouls the ref didn't give.

Murray 5.5 Came on and made a difference Wycombe looked scared of him - could of caused more problems

Mcleod - 5.5 - when it's not falling for you its not falling for you, missed a great chance.

Snijders - 5.5 ran at them, looks happy to be playing again. Didn't have much of chance today.

You sure you lot all watched the same game?

Certainly a wide range of opinions!!!  Out of interest I did a quick average of everyone's marks (apologies if my maths are wrong) and came up with the following:

Piethagoram - 5.4

Blackville - 6.1

allardyces tash - 4.9

ivansneck - 6.2

Elite_pie - 6.1

notts-joe - 4.8

TheFostarr94 - 6.0

I think it was a decent team performance overall, a point was the least we deserved and we were up against a team in the play-off places.

Interesting to see that side of the ratings, we should do it more often - perhaps not every game but certainly more frequently.

In my defence @Elite_pie, I think the team was greater than the individual components and would probably have scored as a team, nearer to 6.5. COYP   glad to see 2 other posters marking harsher than me!!!! :D

Edit..maybe Atkinson was the hardest player to rate, there seems a big variation from different posters on how well he did?

If you compare him with Hewitt's performance on Friday, he gets a 10 purely on the basis he didn't give 3 goals away.
