I know he's highly rated with regards to be a promising player but this makes sense, it seems we have a team we can feed player when we want to do it.

Hopefully he can gain the experience required to push to start more regularly with our first team.

I am glad Jack has gone to a league of that standard. This is the type of league Montel should have gone to, in order to aid his career progression

I know a few people that would have wanted him to be given a chance in the first team but Boston never did jordan Richards any harm, hopefully he can play well there and come back and make a real impact

Good move for him and it will hopefully be a benefit in the long term. I also agree with @Piethagoram that Montel should have been pointed in this direction as well. Playing league football of any standard is going to be better than behind closed door friendlies. 

The only downside I can see from the outgoings are that Smith and Edwards are likely to be regular bench warmers.
