About Me

Hi, I’m Chris from Nottingham. I’ve been a lifelong fan of Notts County, thanks to my family’s long tradition of supporting the club.

My grandfather first took me to see Notts when I was six years old, and I’ve been a fan ever since. Some of my favourite memories include the early Wembley trips in the early 90s, where I would sit on my grandfather’s shoulders to see the game. I also fondly remember my first season with a season ticket and the 2009/2010 season when Notts won the League Two title.

My current favourite players on the Notts County team are Jodi Jones and Matt Palmer. It’s hard for me to choose between them! My all-time favourite players for Notts County are Phil Turner and Gary McSwegan.

What I enjoy most about being a Notts County fan is the community aspect. After only knowing family members who were Notts fans, it’s been amazing to discover a much wider community of supporters. I firmly believe that there is a “Notts family” embedded into the supporter base and that feels awesome to me.

In addition to supporting Notts County, I have many other hobbies and interests. I enjoy writing poetry and song lyrics, drawing, creating digital art and graphic design, video editing, coding, sleeping, and spending time with my children.
