  1. There are moments when something is very well produced, like a touching film or a television show, that can make me emotional. I especially feel this way about documentaries that feature real people, particularly those facing hardship. On the other hand, charity adverts are something I can't stand. They can be quite moving, but I believe the money donated could be better spent elsewhere.
  2. It's happening now. Some fans believe we should be competing more closely for the title, and we are still in the mix for it. Counting a draw against a decent but hardworking team and only focusing on the negatives is a bit of a joke. We are managing injuries much better than last season, yet some fans fail to see the bigger picture.
  3. There's a Brazilian supporters group that does a fantastic job in their community. The international groups are actually more beneficial to us than the ones directly connected to the club. They really help create a strong sense of support and connection among fans.
  4. It's not just certain charities that pay high salaries to their top employees, while volunteers do the hard work on the ground. There are also those who attend events or pretend to ask for charitable donations. I have no problem with genuine fundraising, but I don't believe in donating directly to charities like that. Instead, I prefer to help local schemes that are making a real difference, such as support centres that are struggling to cover their costs. I think nobody working for a charity should be paid excessive amounts.
  5. The SLO role is meant to give fans a connection to the club, but Notts doesn't seem to care about this. Fans should have some involvement and a say in club matters. I don’t think supporter clubs offer much, as they tend to be similar to trust groups. There should be independent voices from fans who are involved for the right reasons. If enough of these voices come together for the club's best interests, then the EFL or Premier League could form a panel or group that truly represents fans.
  6. It's quite overhyped and doesn't offer much. It feels more like a recap than anything else. If you already know the story, the book seems pointless, even though it is excellently written.
  7. I thought George Abbott played excellently in the first half and did well in the second too. Naturally, we started to tire as a team, but he kept his performance strong throughout. He definitely deserves to be voted Man of the Match.
  8. Doncaster had a poor first half, although they improved a bit towards the end. Their main strategy seemed to be to either kick the ball into our area or to slowly move it forward towards our goal. Defensively, Matty Platt really made an impact. I felt that they changed once their substitutes came on, but overall, I didn’t think they were particularly impressive as a team. I’m disappointed that we didn’t build on our strong start, but I’m proud of the effort every player put in. As a team, however, we could have done better.
  9. I have took another ticket, a ticket is what £2.50? That's cheaper than a pint in most pubs. PON offers a service and I am happy contribute to that. Good luck to all the members who take part!
  10. GET IN THERE! Thank you for doing these, I hope it's raised enough money to make a difference. How do I claim my prize from here?
  11. Come on guys, Notts will get themselves out of this mess and a local derby could be the type of game to remind the players.
  12. Notts have to turn the season ahead today, I have a good feeling that Stead will get the job done and that the performance will be much better. We conceded some very poor goals last season but managed to defend better the majority of the matches. That's the difference this year. 3-1 Notts. Stead, Hemmings and Kellett to score.
  13. People complaining about selling Donga He should read this, the club is far better now in Hardy's hands than they ever was in Ray Trews in my opinion.
  14. It will be a close game with each team unlikely to go for it from the off. At this stage a draw wouldn't surprise me.
