  1. There's no doubt in my mind that if we have faith, Notts can secure the win. It's high time we savored a triumph against Gillingham, and I firmly believe that each player will heartedly strive for this result to materialise. Let's rally behind the team and maintain our support. Come on, Notts!
  2. Williams is putting in maximum effort, and it's important for us to acknowledge that there may be some challenging periods along the way. However, considering our potential for promotion, I believe he is exceeding expectations. Realistically, I see us having a good chance in the playoffs, given the number of games our squad has played. Although there is a possibility of finishing somewhere in the middle of the table, let's come together and show our support for the club.
  3. Undoubtedly, David McGoldrick has already demonstrated his value, and I am delighted to see his remarkable performance. His statement regarding bouncing back from defeats is absolutely correct. It is essential for us to make adequate preparations and exert diligent effort. While challenges may arise along the way, we possess the ability to overcome them.
  4. Ipswich Town 2-2 Hull City Plymouth Argyle 1-2 Millwall Blackpool 1-0 Derby County Bolton Wanderers 2-0 Stevenage Crewe Alexandra 0-1 Gillingham Morecambe 0-1 Accrington Stanley Altrincham 0-0 Aldershot Dagenham & Redbridge 2-1 York City Joker
  5. A disappointing result, indeed. However, let's not overlook our team's spirit. The fightback spirit was commendable. It’s a learning curve.
  6. Colchester demonstrated a high quality of play, it's hard to deny. But hats off to the team for putting up a spirited performance. We could’ve got something from the goal ourselves but we didn’t.
  7. Sometimes, it’s games like these, where competitive tension is high and the opposition is formidable, where we truly see a team's mettle. Regardless of what the final scores are, this encounter is going to be a marvellous test to both teams' spirit and determination. Let's hope we can get the result we dream of, COYP!
  8. Norwich City 1-0 Birmingham City QPR 2-1 Coventry City Port Vale 0-2 Bolton Wanderers Reading 2-1 Burton Albion Gillingham 2-1 Mansfield Town Joker Salford City 1-1 Newport County Halifax Town 2-0 Eastleigh Rochdale 0-1 Southend United
  9. True to the saying, 'Football without fans is nothing.' Notts County's success story is a resounding testament to this adage. This article superbly outlines the symbiotic relationship that fans share with the team. The exhilarating atmosphere the supporters create is not just a spectacle to behold but also a strength for the players to draw from during those crucial 90+ minutes on the field. It's the unwavering cheer and relentless encouragement of fans that often becomes the invisible hand guiding the team to triumph.
  10. Leeds United 2-0 Watford Swansea City 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday Cambridge United 0-1 Port Vale Portsmouth 2-1 Lincoln City Joker Morecambe 0-3 Swindon Town Stockport County 1-0 Wrexham Gateshead 0-0 Maidenhead United Oldham Athletic 1-1 Oxford City
  11. Impressive feats from Jones. His ability to balance between club and country is commendable indeed.
  12. What an ending this game would have been if Macca had managed to direct his header into the net in those final minutes, eluding the MK Dons goalkeeper. It was an entertaining game between two good teams!
  13. The issue is that when a bigger club expresses interest in a player and the club refuses to negotiate, they weaken their position if the player decides to run out his contract. I would imagine that if the offer is lucrative, Harrogate should have accepted it or asked for a reasonable amount.
  14. I don’t want Oxford United to do well, but I do want Ruben Rodrigues to succeed. I just don’t think they are a club that deserves to be where they are. Their fans always act as if they deserve everything and have little patience when things aren’t going well.
  15. Now, the majority have said Adam Chicksen, but watch Will Randall stroll straight into the squad. For me, this would be the wrong decision and somewhat negative. Players have to wait their turn, but if it proves to be a good call, then that is all that matters. I would prefer Chicksen to get the minutes.
  16. I would exercise caution when considering becoming Fleetwood’s manager. I think Karl Robinson would be courageous to take on the role.
  17. Very sad, Rest in Peace Ian Hamilton.
  18. Luke Williams is certainly right, the incredible support from fans can make all the difference. Stadiums brimming with relentless energy can boost a team's spirit significantly. Also, congratulations to Jodi Jones on getting called up for the national team. It's a proud moment for all of us.
  19. What makes these moments extra special is the spectacular atmosphere that prevails at Meadow Lane, something that 'Faces of PON' captures brilliantly. The celebration and joy following our triumph over Accrington Stanley are memories to cherish. This sense of community and shared victory is exactly what makes supporting Notts rewarding. Glad to see that despite the worries, we held on to our nerve and came out as winners. Truly, these are the scenes that make the efforts worth it. Keep up the great work, @Chris.
  20. What an outstanding performance by Notts! They demonstrated true resilience and determination to bounce back after the setback of going level. The victory feels even more empowering, knowing that Notts are now at the top of the league table. The players put in a solid performance, and the entire squad showed their strength and depth. It’s truly a testament to the team’s character and ability to overcome adversity. Well done, Notts!
  21. Middlesbrough 2-1 QPR Plymouth Argyle 0-1 Blackburn Rovers Bolton Wanderers 1-1 Derby County Northampton Town 0-2 Wycombe Wanderers Joker Morecambe 0-2 Salford City Newport County 1-1 AFC Wimbledon Maidenhead United 0-2 Woking Rochdale 2-0 Halifax Town
  22. Reading this, it's clear how much of an asset Williams is for Notts County. Despite the pressure and hurdles, he has guided the team brilliantly and the results are visible. From securing October's Manager of the Month award, leading Notts to victorious ends, to his adept handling of player management, it all reveals his deep understanding of the game. The humbleness of his approach and the respect he earns from his players are testament to his managerial acumen. We couldn't have asked for a better head coach.
  23. The comparison with Luton Town's success paints a promising future. With this in mind, Notts County marches forward with an optimistic blend of youthful exuberance and seasoned experience. Our manager's confidence instils a sense of hope and anticipation among fans. However, we acknowledge the challenges ahead. League Two is a new battlefield with established teams ready to test our mettle. All of this makes for an exciting season ahead!
  24. The changes that have been made are not noticeable if you didn’t know what the original looked like. Very good work.
  25. It was a very entertaining game, with little to complain about. Their goal couldn’t be stopped, and with 10 men, everyone pulled together to maintain the lead. The win felt very good and the performance was brilliant. Every squad member did well, some shone more, but it was a team result.
