A really good day for Nottinghamshire leaves them in a strong position at the end of day 3. Lancashire end the day 100 for 6 still trailing Notts by 72 runs. The highlight of the day being an unbeaten 247 by the Notts Skipper Hameed well supported by Olly Stone with 90.

I would class Aaron as a winger rather than a midfielder. He has been expected to play as a wingback on the right hand side, but his defending is the weakest part of his game, just like it is with Jodi Jones. I believe, just like Jodi, he is worth his place in the side just as a winger, but we need good quality defenders behind both of them.
