Sheffield United are already relegated back to the Championship. There are two relegation places yet to be decided There are three teams fighting to avoid those two places. Those three teams are Luton, Burnley and Forest. Those relegation places could be decided today & depending on results it could go on till the final game of the season. Putting rivalry aside, I would like Forest to stay in the PL because that would be good for Notts financially. The matches to watch. 3pm Start. Spurs v Burnley West Ham v Luton 5:30pm Start Forest v Chelsea.

Play begins on the 2nd day Notts v Lancashire. Lancashire resume on 306/8

Crewe made a remarkable comeback tonight and they won 2:0 on the night to make it 2:2 after normal time The match went to extra time but it remained 2:2 after the extra time. So we had the drama of the penalty shootout and Crewe won it 4:3 to book themselves a trip to Wembley where they will play Crawley of MK Dons.

@KB1862 The Assistant Referee in this case failed to follow the convention that they should delay raising the flag till the move is over. Bayern Munich could have a good case for having the match replayed, but it will never happen. Why? Because they will say that when the flag went up, the Madrid players stopped, thus allowing the Munich goal. Like everything else involving VAR it will be just passed over and the World will move on. But it is now apparent that the introduction of VAR has changed football for ever.

@KB1862 If money is to be had, the PL clubs don't care what others think, nor do the top half of Championship clubs who all dream of getting into the PL. This new competition is purely to give PL club under 21s the chance to get valuable match time. The fact that National league clubs play 46 games, + FA Cup, & FA Trophy games is immaterial to the PL. There are murmurings that PL clubs want to stage league matches in North America & around the World to make even more money
