  1. Scott Robertson had another good game, so did the defence. I do feel that the substitutions made all the difference for Notts in the 2nd half & Martin Paterson needs to take credit for that. I'd like to pick out Palmer, Jarvis, & Dennis who took his penalty well under pressure. I feel that putting the Skipper on in the 2nd half did give Notts the imputus to get the draw, so Palmer is going to be my PON man of the Match.
  2. Let's here from Head Coach Martin Paterson.
  3. I'm pleased that Notts managed to get a point out of this game. We have seen games such as this one at Meadow Lane end in defeat. If Notts aren't allowed to play well, or simply aren't playing at there best, finding a way to keep the unbeaten record going is a positive. Another positive was the substitutes coming on for Notts in the 2nd half & making a difference. That's another big difference we've seen under Paterson. I hope it continues. Looking at the league 2 table Notts haven't lost much ground with some of their closest rivals losing. Every game that goes by is a learning process, & hopefully, Martin has learned a lot from this game.
  4. League 2 Table. Notts in fourth place.
  5. Please choose your Man of the Match & tell us why you made that choice.
  6. Harrogate came with a game plan & it nearly paid off, but Notts managed to salvage a point and keep their unbeaten run going. Martin Paterson's choice of substitutes made the difference. So who's your PON Man of the Match for Notts? I have chosen the starting 11 plus 3 substitutes for you to make your choice. Those players are. Roos, Macari, Ness, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Robertson, Iorpenda, Bennetts, Grant, Hall, Jatta, Palmer, Jarvis, Dennis.
  7. FULL TIME.We found a way to avoid a defeat. That's a positive.

  11. Half Time.Much work to doMark Stallard: ‘Not enough urgency from Notts, they’ve been a little slow and lethargic.’
  12. Martin's match squad to face Harrogate. An unchanged 11 with Palmer returning to the squad
  13. I do think that January will be a time when the club will need to decide which players in the squad can help carry the club forward to the end of the season & those that need to be sent on loan or returned to their clubs. I'm sure the Club will make some new signings therefore there's bound to be some incomings as well as outgoings in January.

  15. @Pies79 Cotter has made just 5 appearances, 4 as a substitute. I think he's well down the pecking order now that those who play in a similar position to him have found form.

  20. These are the type of days that make me glad that I'm retired. When you are in a delivery job the rain is certainly not your friend. Even when well wrapped up it is no protection from the wet. On the other hand, the Sun can be your best friend.
