Haha that's all I've heard/read so far. I think it'll be a couple of "mutual terminations" next week, and then the fun can really begin!

15 hours ago, Sheffield Pie said: All three signings are players that their club and fans would have been delighted to hang on to. That's got to be a good sign.
Quite similar to when we signed Bishop, Ravenhill and Davies who were all the majority players (and captains) of respective clubs.

From a Cambridge fan "Gibbo is a good signing for Notts. We would've kept him but he wanted to move closer to home for his young kids.
Played most of his earlier career as a FB but excelled with us last few months as a wide CB, overlapping and getting I think 6 goals and 6 assists.
Last season was by far his best with us - he struggled a bit at times in league one but was still a useful back up even then. All Cambridge fans will wish him well I'm sure." -
Abbott is still 20 as well and won't count to the registration numbers. If they're willing to give him another shot at League 1, we'll be front of the queue.
Spurs have a couple who we could continue our great lineage of loans. Akhamrich who bagged 6 in 19 for Brizzle Rovers is a similar player to Luker, Olusesi looks to be a very good creative midfielder, Matthew Craig who got some decent Notts lineage (grandad is Ron Still) and is a Scotland under 21 and lastly Melia who's got a ROI cap and experience at St Patricks.

I'd suspect it'll be a League 2 team, offering him a starting position at somewhere like Crewe/Grimsby/Chesterfield. I don't think he perfectly maps into our gameplan, and as much as I thought I wouldn't say this, but given that he's gonna be a squad/bench player, I'd much see that given to Grant, given what he offers in pressing/gameplans.
-
I'd give both Platt and Rod a year extension. Platt can go out on loan if he doesn't perform. If we go down, at least we could tie him up for a season in league 2.
Tsaroulla I'd give an extra year and extend Norburn as well.
Hinchy, Grant, Roos, Bennetts and Maz I'd respectfully release and I wouldn't sign Tangen. Enoru and Griffiths I'd loan out. Traore will almost definitely be sold as well.
Main priority is those AM spots and obviously I'd love to see Luker and Iorpenda back, so that's imperitive. Also depends what happens to Jatta as his price will be premium and we're likely to get above a mil for him. If that happens I'd be straight in for John-Jules at Kilmarnock and ask if they'd take Roos as part-exchange. -
I think it's 50/50 for me personally. We're a very dogged team that MP has got firing when we think we're onto a loss, but injuries are likely to slow momentum at any given time.
Say if Belshaw gets injured (as is the epidemic across League 2), it could be catastrophic. I'm dying to see Palmer, Jatta and Luker back, but seemingly from what Patto says, we're not gonna know for a while which I think could invigorate us. I did like Bennetts and Tangen last match and I'd love them to play where Grant and Hall play because, and I'll try to be nice, they're a total detriment to scoring.
I'm obviously vying for a automatic prom because I've gone and booked a hol over the playoff dates 😅

I mean he loved his time here, I think if we were in League One, it'd be nailed on, but alas.
I think he'll get the offers from all over, Peterborough, Eredivisie, MLS, Liga Nos midtablers. (and just to add, his agents/management company is based in Netherlands).
However, if he's still out of contract say by Feb, a cheeky 18 month contract surely could be an option.
