  1. Notts faces a tough test against unbeaten Bromley, requiring defensive discipline and more focus on creating chances at the other end. If the players apply themselves, I am sure they will give a good account of themselves; early signs will tell how comfortable Notts looks on the ball.
  2. Norwich City 0-1 Middlesbrough Joker Sheffield United 3-1 Millwall Bolton Wanderers 1-0 Lincoln City Mansfield Town 0-1 Leyton Orient Fleetwood Town 1-1 Oldham Athletic Gillingham 1-1 Crewe Alexandra Halifax Town 2-0 Forest Green Rovers Sutton United 1-0 Scunthorpe United
  3. Huddersfield Town 2-1 Doncaster Rovers Luton Town 1-1 Wigan Athletic Stockport County 1-0 Bradford City Joker Colchester United 0-0 Cambridge United Gillingham 2-0 Chesterfield Harrogate Town 1-2 Barrow Altrincham 1-1 Hartlepool United Woking 2-1 Wealdstone
  4. Preston North End 1-1 Leicester City Swansea City 0-1 Sheffield United Leyton Orient 1-1 Stockport County Reading 2-1 AFC Wimbledon Barnet 0-2 Walsall Joker Tranmere Rovers 1-0 Gillingham Aldershot 1-1 Boston United Hartlepool United 2-1 Braintree Town
  5. Sonny Aljofree was just like I thought he’d be. He was really good in defence and headed away loads of danger. He worked well with Barry Cotter when Barry wasn’t too tired. It was nice seeing Sonny make smart runs and get back to defend when needed. Jacob Bedeau doesn’t always do that and it can leave us in trouble.
  6. It felt like the old Notts before the Reedtz brothers came. We made lots of mistakes and didn’t look like the team we should be. I know the players tried and sometimes showed effort, but we’re better than that and we need to prove it.
  7. It’s really cool to see all the pictures of fans from the game. Some of the moments are really special and fun to look at.
  8. What he did for us in the final was amazing and I’ll never forget it. Putting him in goal instead of Sam Slocombe was a big choice, and he helped bring the club back up. But I wouldn’t sign him again. I think we could get someone better who can really fight to be the first-choice keeper.
  9. I’m still pretty new to the site, but I’ve noticed things getting better. I really like how it looks and works, and it’s nice that people are being kind to me. Even though I’m young, it feels like my thoughts matter. The updates are a good idea to help everyone know what’s going on, even if not many people read them. It shows that someone cares about keeping us all in the loop.
  10. I know Wycombe can play good attacking football, but I do think George Abbott could have joined a stronger side. I’d have liked to see him at a club like Lincoln City or Stockport County.
  11. Hello, welcome to the Pride of Nottingham @Chedozie. I hope you settle in and have fun, this is a very friendly community.
  12. I was talking about transfer fees, and I think we’re doing okay. Some fans think not spending money means we’re not trying hard or it’s a bad thing, but that’s not true. Sometimes saving money is smart.
  13. I’m really happy to be in it. It’s been great joining in. Thanks for making the prediction league fun. I enjoy taking part and guessing the scores!
  14. I don’t think Notts are as good at keeping in touch with our players as we are at finding new ones. It feels like we could do better at that. Still, I think Riley Reynolds will do alright at Kidderminster Harriers. I hope he gets to play lots and does well.
  15. It’s a big challenge for the team, and we need to do something so we don’t lose points. A draw wouldn’t be the worst thing. I know we all want a win, but sometimes we have to be patient and wait for the team to show what they can really do. I really hope we can get a strong win. I’d be super happy if it happens! But football can take time, and not every game goes the way we want.
  16. Delighted with the emphasis on sustainability. You can’t build anything lasting without that approach.
  17. I think if he’s given a chance, he’ll start to make things better. People shouldn’t be too quick to judge because everyone needs time to settle in. I liked the interview. It felt like the club wants fans to go a bit easier on him, and I think stuff like this helps people understand more. I don’t get why anyone would expect the club’s own media team to ask hard questions. That’s just not going to happen.
  18. Sometimes the BBC has funny bits, like when the news people mess up while they’re live or don’t realise they’re on camera. It can be really silly. Even though it’s a big name, the quality isn’t always great. They make mistakes and it doesn’t always feel very professional.
  19. I’m still young, but I know that if a website isn’t something big like the BBC, Sky Sports, or a proper UK newspaper, then it’s probably not very trustworthy. Football League World always tries to make it look like they’ve got special rumours, but really, they just want people to click on their stuff. It’s all a bit silly and not very real.
  20. Oxford United 1-1 Portsmouth Stoke City 2-1 Derby County Exeter City 1-1 Blackpool Mansfield Town 2-0 Doncaster Rovers Joker Gillingham 1-0 Walsall Oldham Athletic 2-0 Colchester United Tamworth 2-1 Scunthorpe United Wealdstone 2-1 Truro City
  21. I sometimes think there might be more going on than just an injury. Mai Traore is a strange one, and I don’t really know why Nick Tsaroulla keeps missing games. It would be great to have all five players back. We really need them. Lucas Ness being injured is a worry. He plays, then gets hurt again. He’s had a few injuries already, so I hope the medical team can help him get better properly.
  22. Nice to see young talent coming in. Smart move if it saves money. Still need a striker though. welcome Tyrese Hall!
  23. I think it’s great that we’re signing young players and giving them a chance. We can’t always buy big names, and it’s smart to look for good players we can afford. It helps the club save money too, which is important. If we can get someone with talent for a fair wage, that’s a good move. We just need a striker now! But welcome to Notts County, Tyrese Hall!
  24. Bradford City 1-1 Wycombe Wanderers Doncaster Rovers 1-0 Exeter City Lincoln City 2-0 Reading Plymouth Argyle 1-2 Barnsley Barnet 1-1 Fleetwood Town Cambridge United 2-1 Cheltenham Town Grimsby Town 1-0 Crawley Town Joker Walsall 1-1 Swindon Town
  25. Some managers say all the right things, but then things don’t go well and they make excuses. It happens a lot. I don’t think Martin Paterson will be like that. He talks clearly and seems to know what he’s doing. I just hope he gets the best out of the players. I also hope fans give him time and don’t turn on him too fast.
