Notts County's season continues to lurch from one crisis to another as the Magpies were humbled in a 4-0 loss at Barnsley in the first round of the FA Cup.

Harry Kewell's side wasn't bad in the first half, hanging on to their clean sheet until the break.

In the second minute they even got the ball into the back of the net, only for Rob Milsom's free kick to be chalked off for offside.

However, it all went pear-shaped after the restart as Cauley Woodrow opened the scoring for the Tykes.

Further second-half goals from Zeki Fryers, Brad Potts and Kieffer Moore ended up making light work of Notts, who must once again go back to the drawing board.

    Passionate that pal , so many feel that way , where is the passion on the pitch ? Something is wrong somewhere, for me it’s not just a confidence issue , go back to basics Notts forget systems philosophies put square pegs in square holes make hard work and collective effort the must have tools and stop isolating players and utterly wasting the bench , HK needs to wake up and smell the coffee , it’s early in his tenure but he must be able to see HE needs to get more from these players and THEY themselves need a long hard look in the mirror, rant over . CTID
