Chris

Saturday 31st of January, Notts County head to Boundary Park to play Oldham Athletic. The Latics also find themselves requiring to improve in terms of their form, however they are scoring as of lately. Both teams will be eyeing this tie up as a must win encounter as Notts look to respond after the disappointing performance and result against Peterborough United.

The Latics form currently stands at LLLDWL compared to Notts LLLWDL, likewise they have also been performing better away from home.

The Match Officials for the game against Oldham Athletic will be Peter Bankes, with his two assistants Jonathan Hunt and Neil Sharp. The fourth official will be Richard Wigglesworth.

It's interesting to see the teams we have been playing against have similar form, yet Oldham Athletic virtually match us and I thought these are the games Derry couldn't wait to play. It makes me feel a little uneasy!

Perhaps the game getting called off could be a blessing, no? You're right I don't want it to be.

Fingers crossed the officials are decent! Wigglesworth still reminds me of a BBC children's entertainer. :P

I could not see you managing to sit out a quiet saturday without a notts game. I pray and hope for good officials!

Thanks Joe.
