So, who was the last Notts player before Cal Roberts to bag himself the match ball? I would guess someone like Jonathan Forte or Jorge Grant...

Wasn't it Kyle Wooton just a few weeks ago? No idea who was the last before that - Jon Stead possibly.

Kyle Wootton hasn't scored an hattrick yet in his career. 3/4 braces but never anything more than 2 goals in one game.

I imagine Lee Hughes would have been the quickest?

If not him, Mark Stallard or Danny Allsopp. Yet thinking about it, I swear Luke Rodgers held a record like this, I might be mistaken though.

I was thinking Hughes v Bradford?

Turns out it was a bit slower than I remember it. Probably had a few beers beforehand though mind.

I could have sworn Wootton got one a few weeks back. Must be going mad. So the last one was probably Jimmy Knowles against Woking back in April.

Danny Allsopp scored a hat trick on his debut for us, a 5-1 win against Bournemouth (?). (Edit - no, that was Brett Angell). I don't think Stallard got one in his entire career. He certainly didn't for us.

I wished, Kyle Wootton had scored one - he's come close a few times now.

Wrexham he had a real chance of achieving it, but obviously it wasn't to be. Jimmy Knowles is correct, it was against Woking, wasn't it?
