Should Mansfield sack Paul Cox?

I personally wouldn't, I think he needs more time but I am blind to the politics around the club. @Dan's mentioned this a couple of times on FB, though I think he's done well to get Mansfield back into the league and having fans/a dumb chairman who talks about Championship football before the clubs barely walking - It don't help!

Ideas start floating a way.. Bonus poll - They need a striker, we need the wages.

They need to keep Cox and settle down a little. They need to stop treating every game like a fa cup final. Steady as she goes would do them nicley.

Great job so far to get them there in the first place. A little consolidation and united dressing room is called for imo.

Surely with the ambition of their chairman and his wod of cash! It's the perfect opportunity to offer some of our players who are not required. I can actually see Arquin doing a job for Mansfield, don't ask me why and I don't think I would mind him finding the net there!

if mansfield sack paul cox they will no way stay in that diversion i dont like him as a guy or manager but its thanks to him there in that diversion mansfield are a poor side for me they was punching above there weight early in the season and are still doing better then they should be.

It seems the majority so far don't think Cox should go, I still honestly feel it's rushing things to sack a manager who took a team from the non league into the football league (first season) and expect him to be sacked because he hasn't quite settled.

if results dont improve, they need to sack him. just because he got them back up, doesnt mean its worth allowing him to take them back down. football is about surviving, so mansfield will dismiss him when the time comes. i think he about 3-4 games away from it happening but i really dont care about that certain club.

Hes got to go im afraid, he just does not seem to have what it takes. I would also happily pay for Arquins taxi! perhaps a couple of others can share the cab? We need the money for better players.
