While the red card is a significant issue for Eastleigh, there are still no indications that he is up to the standard required for this level of play. If he wants to prove his detractors wrong, he should seize the opportunities presented to him at Eastleigh instead of engaging in foolish behaviour on the pitch.

I saw the sending off, the player he lashed out at made a meal, but it was incredibly stupid for Mitchell. I can see Eastleigh sending him back to us.
