David Noble and his assistant Neil Banfield have been relieved of their duties at Wealdsone. David was only appointed on 26th January following Stuart Maynard going to Notts.

A poor set of results sees Wealdsone in danger of relegation.

It’s funny how the two clubs’ results have almost mirrored each other after losing their head coaches. I guess it shows what a good job Stuart Maynard was doing there, in the same way we know what a good job LW had done with us.

Pretty sure the majority of the Wealdstone fan base would want SM back. But I am hoping we’ve turned a corner now and he can become successful here, our owners clearly think he can/will be.

It's a Good Job the Brothers didn't have the same attitude as their Wealdstone counterparts, and how Lucky Maynard is, as I have Stated before any other Coach with Maynard's Record would have Been Let Go.  Case in point with this story. Maynard's future lies with fact that a Good Start Next Season is a must and the excuse of he's got LW Squad won't wash anymore and if Notts start off Poorly then a New Man in the Dug Out will be essential. So Maynard's future is in his own Hands.

That didn't take long. Can't really comment on Noble (although the Stones fans on Facebook evidently weren't keen), but this could be a bit of a panic reaction as Wealdstone are plummeting towards the relegation zone at just the wrong time. I'm glad we're not in their position.

Wealdsone have games in hand of most of those at the bottom, but they are running out of time to complete them so, it will be tough for them.

Two of those games are Chesterfield at home and Oldham away, they have to play Eastleigh at home  and the only team near the bottom that they meet is Dorking at home and they are playing them tonight.

Three of their remaining four games are at home so it gives them at fighting chance.

Wealdsone were 0:2 down to Dorking early in the second half, but then scored 4 goals without reply winning 4:2.

Wealdsone were staring relegation in the face but they turned it round for a vital win.

Dorking are all but relegated now

What a win by Wealdstone.

They are now just about safe from relegation.
