A while ago, a TV show called "Under the Dome" was recommended in a topic here. I watched it and thought it was okay, but it quickly became one of those shows where the direction seemed unsure. The plot was interesting, but I don't think it was executed well.

It reminded me of another show I loved until the final series, which then declined (Jericho 2006).

I recommended "From," which @Fan of Big Tone became interested in. That show follows a story about people trapped in a small village-like community where creatures come out at night and attack anyone who isn't safe with talismans. Season 3 of "From," created by the same team that wrote 'Lost,' is nearly finished in America.

However, I would highly recommend another show that I have recently started watching called 'Teacup.'

I am two episodes in, and the production and writing so far are excellent, as is the cast. It feels like a film in terms of quality, and I find it very interesting. While I take shows on their own merit, I do find it much better than 'From.'

It's on the Peacock network, although it should be available to certain Sky customers.

Are you a subscriber to Sky Glass or Sky Plus? @Fan of Big Tone

"Outside of the U.S., Peacock is available for Sky TV (including Sky Glass, Sky Plus, Sky Q and NOW customers) at no extra cost in the U.K. and Ireland. You can also stream Peacock in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy with Sky, and the streaming service recently rolled out in the Nordics with SkyShowtime."

I believe this is streaming only, as it hasn't yet been confirmed to be broadcasting on UK television.

I'm sure it will come to Sky Showcase at some point which I believe is on Virgin's TV bundle.

The first three episodes are great, the story builds, and it is very well-written. By the fourth, I started to appreciate "From" a bit more. Although, I have seen the third season, and I won't give any spoilers, but there are times when I felt disappointed with how the plot expanded. It's a very "Lost" style thing, which I said before, but you will see what I mean I believe. @Fan of Big Tone
