Is it just me or is it very hard to find out much about our younger players? There's barely any information about our academy team on the official site, they have page for the "B Team" and U18 squad but they are both blank! All you can do is look at the tables (and that's not exactly encouraging!)

Maybe there are safe guarding issues which restrict us from covering a lot of it, I don't know. But I really don't know much about any of these players, I do think the occasional report about the academy teams would be of value to a lot of fans.

We've signed some new and current academy players to scholarship deals for next season.

And it's as if they've read my previous comments, cos they've even added little bios for each player! A really insightful touch.

Great to see Kameron signed up, the club clearly have high hopes for him. I think that evening out in Burton where he and the other youth players made their debuts is something the club needs to continue to do. I’d be 100% for using the trophy as a way of giving our young players an introduction to first-team football.

And Luca Fletcher is the son of Darren Fletcher the sports commentator who used to be involved at Notts a few years ago. Luca used to be at Forest and is a very good footballer too from what I’ve heard.
