It will be interesting to learn who will be chairing the Notts Technical Board now that Roberto Gagliardi has left the Club.

Presumably, Martin Paterson should be next in line after Roberto in the Notts hierarchy, so maybe he will be chairing these meetings until a replacement for Roberto is recruited.

I suppose one of the Reedtz brothers or alternatively Chief Executive Joe Palmer could chair it.

Interestingly, Director of Performance, Dr David Rhodes appears on the staff list above Martin Paterson, so will he be now chairing the meetings?

Current staff list taken from the Notts website👇

Some fans don't really understand what it's about and won't give it a chance. Martin Paterson’s arrival has upset a group who seem more focused on finding fault, especially with things like the techni

It makes sense for the coaching staff to discuss the team and tactics regularly, I'm not sure this is the great innovation it's being billed as though. However, I don't like the owners being involved.

I wonder if Richard Montague will return to ML? He left Swansea yesterday. I know some PL clubs were looking at him but I wouldn't be shocked to see Richard return to ML.

Good questions@Robbie. With the Director of Football gone and unlikely to be replaced quickly, there might be a case for freezing this and doing something more informal, but still effective, for a while (let everyone concentrate on their jobs, and defuse potentially divisive questioning as we go thru a run of v.difficult fixtures). Then bring it back as the new DoF / HoR prepares for the transfer window. Just my hunches as usual, on a level of info somewhere between Jack **** and SFA :)

I hope this happens Dripsey.

When the Bros got Burchnall and then Williams maybe we thought they had a conveyor belt of talent across all roles lined up to fit their philosophy and project.

We've since learned, from the appointments of Maynard, Gag, and maybe MP too that this isn't the case and recruitment for them is challenging. Lord Montague of Beaulieu driving back from Swansea in one of his vintage cars would be an easy and reliable solution. Gagliardi was obviously a mistake and we couldn't afford another

Good point @theAnticlough in maybe suspending the TB and just having informal meetings, while the football staff concentrate on helping the players to keep improving on the field.

It's vital that the players get as much support possible as they try to extend their unbeaten run.

i would like notts to give fans, at least season ticket holders updates on some of the inner working of the technical board. i dont think they should release sensitive information or anything opposition teams could use against us but at least some form of review as to what they are doing, looking at, working on and are implementing from what has been learned.
