Good morning it’s a bright and sunny start to the day today and thankfully cooler.

I’m concentrating on losing the weight I gained on holiday which was about half a stone so I’m getting on the cross trainer everyday and trying to get more walks in, I also need to start running again.

I also want to strengthen my legs, while we were on our cruise we were on the 11th floor of an 18 floor ship, there are lifts of course but sometimes they were busy and I tried walking up the stairs but struggled. We live in a bungalow so no stairs, consequently my legs have got weak.

Right, on with the day, how is everyone doing? Anything to report? What’s happening in your life?

I chose Super over Coca-Cola, along with two bottles of DnB and a pack of corderal with vitamin B, C, D, Iron and Zinc.

It was nice to be able to get over to see him, I would have dragged myself in the heat if I had felt well enough but today felt just right. He was very cheerful, and more like himself. Still don't see him as often on his laptop, but we did watch Brazil vs Japan in the first half and rushed home, because Jake hoped to see them beat Brazil.

It's been a strange few days, but certainly nice to have stepped out. Sometime this week, I'll be making him various meals and taking more DnB rounds since he's become mad on it.

Good morning, I’m a bit bleary eyed this morning after stopping up till gone midnight to watch Germany v Paraguay which went to extra time and penalties. We usually settle down around 11pm so I’m not used to burning the midnight oil.

Good to hear @super_ram is getting back to his normal self, keep it up my friend. 👍

I’ve got a busy few days creating adverts for a National Motorhome retailer which will earn a few pennies for our next cruise.

Have a great day folks.

Morning all, I hope that every one is all tickety boo.

Completed with Mrs P another match marathon last night, pulling in Brazil v Japan, then Germany v Paraguay followed by Netherlands v Morocco and to top it all exactly 2 hours 28 minutes worth of sleep afterwards😴 until the dreaded Binmen arrived closely followed by a very loud drain cleaning tanker. Then up, off to the horses, duty done and home for a very nice cup of tea 🍵 👌

Whatever you are doing, wherever you are going, keep smiling 🤠

Nice one @Piethagoram William Ivory's latest stage play is The Market Deeping Model Railway Club. Inspired by a true story involving the real model railway club in Market Deeping.

Focused on friendship, community, resilience, and the peculiar charm of British hobbyists, with an unexpected plot involving Rod Stewart, who is himself a keen model railway enthusiast.

William Ivory, who was born in Southwell (a fellow Southwellian) is well known for writing the screenplay for Made in Dagenham and The Great Escaper, as well as television dramas such as Common as Muck.

Hope you have a great time at the Playhouse. 🎭

I hope that the adverts are coming along @fanofbigtone, don't work too hard in these temperatures you are liable to melt. If you are in need of a slogan or two, give me a shout. 👍👌🤠

Fixing my own mistakes for the most of the day, and helping somewhere the former owner can't resist in being jelous that I am fixing HIS mistakes. I don't mind holding my hands up when I make them, it means more to be humble and honst. Yet to act like Mr Highandmighty just because they inherited a successful website that you gave to someone else due to being out of depth is a little too late to act like something special.

In the future, if someone hires my services, then acts like this I am refunding and blocking them. Got to build a reputation and take some of this nonsense first.

Morning all, bright and sunny here. Good win for England last night although it was a bit nerve wracking, what would we do without captain fantastic Harry Kane.

I don’t know how I’ll stay awake for the next game which is 1am on Monday morning. 😮

Morning all, we’ve had a restless night, first of all I forgot to switch off my phone so we were disturbed by notifications, then the smoke alarm started blipping in the loft conversion. In the end we gave up and switched the coffee machine on at 5.20.

Today I’ve got a hospital appointment to have my ears cleaned, it’s taken about five months for the referral to change to an appointment so I got fed up with being deaf a couple of month ago and paid at Specsavers, I’ll still go to the hospital though to see if there’s any more built up.

Later we are picking Chloe up to stay at ours for the weekend, brother Fred is on a scout camp and mum and dad are having a weekend away.

Good morning one and all. @Fan of Big Tone looks like you have a busy day ahead my friend. The thing is you are supposed to get plenty of sleep before taking on a plethora of tasks 😂😴

I hope you can stay awake long enough to fulfill your list of things needed doing.

This little chap was supervising me carrying out my paddock duties this morning. No doubt upon the request of Mrs P 😉 I've called him Roger after my uncle, who i had coffee with yesterday.

My chin is on the ground at the moment as I went (for the second time) yesterday to represent our estate residents at a Council Planning meeting, hoping to postpone the building of 133 new homes as an addition to our 160. The whole plot when permission was granted was for only 190 and now it will be 293 when finished. I now realise that Councillors do not listen and just pay lip service to give each one of us our precious 3 minutes of time to object, then go off at a tangent of their own. 🙁 Sad, sad day when greed comes to the forefront before safety and traffic accumulation consideration.

Good morning, I’m off to do a park run shortly my first for a while, Chloe will be in bed until at least midday then we’ll go a walk down the canal to the pub before having sit down fish and chips in the local chippy. Good luck to Notts at Alfreton shame I can’t be there.

@Michael D Pie. I like the bunny picture I showed it to Mrs, T she loves rabbits, in fact she loves anything furry that’s on reason I grew a beard. 😂
