This doesn't seem fair to the couples who have booked their weddings, surely the new owners should honour the previous owners contracts with the couples as a gesture of good will and if they feel that they need to increase the prices then do so for any new business. I know they don't have to honour contracts from the previous owners but surely morally they should if they have any decency.

I'm not surprised the couples are angry, I would be livid.

She won't be in business for long. It's a shame she has had to do this to "wedding Chav's"!!!!

I guess customer service is not her forte.

Let's hope the couples come out stronger from this.

They had built an extension without permission, they were instructed to demolish it and they tried ignoring it. I had a friend who almost got a job their as a manager and it's an horrible company, not worth the time of day!

If they have agreed a contract, I don't see how they can demand more.

It might be best for them to offer to buy out the contracts or honour them, so couples might think it's a lucky escape! Mind you, after this who will go there? It's like the Gateway Hotel near me, horribly ran. Some people have no idea about the catering and hospitality trade!
