Only in America would you find a guy like that seriously trying to climb the street light and think it was going to happen. The cop doesn't know whether to laugh or cry!

Yeah that's true.

I think the fella can consider himself the officer didn't become rougher, usually their officers are OTT with how they handled people. Then again, the UK force is becoming the same. Taser, Taser, TASER....

Depends on who deals with the situation.When we were having problems with our neighbour(and not just us) this was apparent.Some officers just seem to ignore what's going on or at least treat it as something minor.Mostly they do their job as they should.

that made me laugh, not sure the police had to get involved. the officer could have driven him home (for safety) or made sure he got a taxi.
