It's not as bad as it sounds, it's when a song or piece of music gets stuck in your head and you can't get rid of it.

I must say it happens to me a lot, I also have songs that pop into my head for no apparent reason.

I often have a song running riot upstairs... what makes it worse, is the damn thing isn't likely to be one I would want to be caught singing or humming along to

I'm guilty of becoming addicted to humming or singing songs, sometimes it gets me in trouble with her I shall not name.

Interesting read!

This is an ear worm I suffered from many years ago.

Β

We took our two boys to Euro Disney when it first opened and we went on a ride that was a boat which floated around different landscapes depicting different parts of the world, all the time the same song was playing it was called "Its a small world" I was months before I could get it out of my head.

If you watch this video or even part of it don't say I didn't warn you.

There was a ride in Fantasy Island that played a tune similar. Whenever we went there I would have that tune in my head for ages after.I listened to yourΒ  offeringΒ  but should have taken notice of your warning
