I actually enjoyed reading this, if I could would suggest that there's a few interesting pointers here. At least 'if' you listen to his remarks as religiously as I do but again, as @Joe Jones has said. It is heartfelt and he can see what hasn't been working. Blip or not, we have to be better. This does not mean to be winning every week but I do think it means being consistent.

Some games, especially at home we have been a little frustrating to watch.

SD is doing his best to improve the squad,let's see if it works out.

much different compared to the usual emails, i actually enjoyed reading this. it shows that derry is hard at work attempting to do things, although its different he is using the market which is open to him.

I like the interaction from the club, some of the others got very one dimensional and repetitive, this at least gives some insight whilst still aiming to get more bums on seats
