Leonard Nimoy who played Mr. Spock in Star Trek has died aged 83.

Very sad I loved watching Star Trek when it was on TV.

Rip. I used to be a big fan of star trek, especially the later movies where they had a chance to have a laugh. He was great in, was it star trek 4 when they have to come to earth to sort the whale out?

Quality actor since then too.

I've never been a trekky but it's always sad when a well respected performer, in whatever  field of entertainment, makes their final bow.RIP Mt Spock.

I used to like and watch it, however I could never say I was a fan - that said I think he served the show well and made memorable for the right reasons. Very sad to learn the passing too - I only learned after playing football on Friday.

A field where dreams become reality.

Said to learn the passing, he will always be remembered. Golden era of television's lost a star!

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
