More confident?

I know Mansfield made big changes last night but a win is a win isn't it?

I'm feeling happier, the defence seemed to cope pretty well apart from the late penalty it could have been a clean sheet, the midfield are creating chances galore and last night two strikers scored, so all in all it seems things are being to click.

What do others think?

We just need to make sure we win our next league game, confidence will then grow. It's important we don't slip, as after Huddersfield confidence between fans and players were high but obviously we fell back to earth.

What's wrong with Notts ATM is minor, a few tweaks, a lot of hard work and some good results.

That's all we need.

Notts' best performances have been cup games so far, just need to transfer it to the league. I'm confident they will, as @tonyhateley says things seem to be starting to click.

I'm concerned to be honest. If this bunch of players can't do it when the weather is relatively good, I don't fancy their chances when the winter rolls around. Hopefully my concerns will be unfounded but I've seen nothing to suggest otherwise....

I don't think the weather will play any role, it rains on the continent too you know! I'm just hoping things will pick up when RM knows his best team and when the players know each other's games better. Having a proven goalscorer might also help us get away with our frailties at the back more often.
