So how many of you will want to keep Moniz then if we lose Tuesday to Barnet or don't beat Cambridge.

Β

I for one feel we're leaving it to late as it is nearly into December and 3 points of 20th and haven't been in the top 10 at all.

Β

And we don't look like gettin in it I just feel we need to change soon I mean we are getting beat or drawing to teams that he thinks are good but really are not .

Β

Wimbledon he said there good no disrespect but they are not Bristol rovers no disrepctful we should be beating these teams.

Β

It said it all when he said Northamphton were a good side then when Jon Stead was asked he said there alright meaning average which was right.

Β

He also said Barnet are a good side now again here no disrespect to Barnet they are not good we should be burying teams like this if we want promotion I just can't help but feel he isn't the man for this job.

The squad has good proven players Izale McLeod Jon Stead both are very good you don't score 21 goals then all of a sudden turn rubbish.

Jon Stead was excellent last year at Bradford I feel confidence is lacking players out of postions players not utilised correctly.

Did anyone else notice that when Murray supported Stead it made a huge difference Stead started goin past people and made a huge difference.

Murray loves a target man who he can work off an get in behind McLeod is the same we looked sharp with two up top.

But again same mistakes made brought on Spencer shoved Stead out wide and he then cancelled out the threat himself.

Sane against Plymouth Stan played a blinder so then moves him to CB things like that make me more convinced he is totally lost.

We need a manager who looks at the squad finds his best 11 quickly plays to players strengths rather against there strengths.

post you're opinions of what you think and if you'd give him the game after Cambridge if we only pick up 3 points out of the 3 games.

And explain what you think he's doing wrong etcΒ

???????? AV to agree @hissingdwarfΒ he always applies for the job but never gets it but seriously if we lose do you think he should stay or if we don't beat Cambridge we could slip 17-18th going into DecemberΒ

why are we even thinking about losing? can we try to remain a little optimistic.

moniz reign wont last forever and we are desperately needing the wins, if we lose tonight pressure will start to mount but i just hope people dont look for the cracks. its not enjoyable to see notts struggle at all.

I was pretty entertained but I do think our two early goals took the sting out of them.

This said they did look dangerous at times, I think we handled them better than some will give credit. Yet the defence did have a relapse and this is something which concerned me about the play but a win makes things completely different - people feel a little more optimistic and I hope this continues.

We don't know if we have turned a corner, two games won't reveal that - I have a suspicious that unless we develop a run, we may just have to settle for a lower expectations and provided we stay clear of the bottom half - Moniz should be given time. I do hope we can start to push on, yet I am prepared to give Ricardo time because I realise that next season things could be greatly improved.

Others will still want him out however because they want to see us succeed and there's nothing wrong with that.

with a bigger budget comes bigger expectations off fans and the club rightly should to but il give him credit for once.

Β

Going for 442 is the way we look dangerous and direct defenders don't know weather to mark stead of McLeod which always gives one or the other space as steads goal did.

Β

We should be going to teams with those two up front or even Murray take you're pick cause those strikers will Β cause any defence problems.
