Was it Martin Luther King who said that? No I think he said "I have a dream" anyway I digress.


 


I was playing football on the wing for Notts County, I think I was supposed to be Stevie Carter (anyone remember him). Notts were playing Derby at home, we got a corner and I had to take it, I floated a lovely ball into the box and someone rose majestically into the air and nodded it against the post, this was one of several near misses in the dream. The ball was cleared and went back up the field to the other goal where a goal was scored, I was feeling pig sick until a realised that we had actually changed ends at half time and I had taken the corner at the wrong end so the goal that was scored was in fact for us! :unsure:


 


What a mixed up dream it was, the Derby fans were more intent on running around trying to find some Notts fans to fight with, I bet Super Ram was there somewhere. :biggrin:


 


Anyway I thought I would share that with you, I don't always remember my dreams but this made me smile when I woke up.

I remember Steve Carter,he played for us too.


Regarding your dream Tony, I don't think much of the referee, no wonder our fans were running around. On the positive side our manager is going to put in a bid for you (provided you have your memory looked at). This will be mutually beneficial to our teams as Notts will be able to strengthen with the fee recieved and there  is a clause for you to return to Notts later.


This is getting very surreal now. :thumbsup:

Super Ram would have scatted, he spots the early signs. You know the absence of an handshake *hes gone*, the look in that guys eye *hes gone* and the famous thunder storm of people *hes gone*. Mind you, he was the one who probably scored the goal! He likes scoring own goals ;) LOL

Stevie Carter is a name I recall, though only due to stories that was told.

Usually my dreams involve Zombies :D
