Alan Stubbs dead man walking

I know it's less than ten games into a 46 game season but the abject way RUFC has started this season, plus Stubbs' ridiculously defensive tactics & p**s poor summer recruitment renders his position untenable, & with our next three games being Huddersfield A, Newcastle H & Norwich A he has to go.
Everyone at the club was disappointed when Mr Warnock chose not to take us on at the end of last season but after winning the Scottish Cup with Hibs last season, Millers fans were expecting better than the start we've had. We were in the mix for the signings of Lee Gregory (Millwall) & Tom Bradshaw (Walsall) & record offers were supposedly offered but nothing transpired so to the bargain bucket we headed bringing young "potential" from Scotland, Fisher & Allan (Celtic), Vaulks (Falkirk) & old rubbish crocks Kelvin Wilson (Forest,ex Celtic) & eventually Blackstock (Forest) who finally made a 10 minute substitute debut last Saturday v Cardiff after 4 weeks on the books. Now, we're bringing in a new "Head of recruitment"who should be in place after the next international break.....you couldn't make it up.
Our chairman should hold his hand up & admit he made a massive mistake, get a manager in who has the Championship experience (English) he promised, do away with the Head of recruitment idea & give the new manager the power to bring in the players & backroom staff he requires.

@BradtheMiller Lee Gregory, was a player Notts were supposedly interested in but the price tag you paid, he was well out of our league...in more ways than one. May we recommend Jamie Fullarton and Guy Branston for manager and Head of Recruitment :D In all seriousness, we want you to survive to prove that the smaller teams can do it... and wish the team at the Temple of Sin gets relegated instead

If you learn something from every game, there shall come a point in time, when you should never lose... Jimmy Sirrel

Rotherham United really did set the standard when they gain promotion back to back, firstly from League Two and then via the League One play-off final.

They did so playing the right style of football, skilful, fast, direct but importantly each player knew exactly what it took - working as a squad and Warnock did a fantastic job last season. When you appointed Stubbs, I was against it, however it seemed to be working out (bar the slow transfer activity) but i think there's a mix of issues which are preventing things from picking up from the prior campaign.

Its important for you guys you try to maintain some of the stability you have had.

Advertiser sport just tweeted this from Stubbs.....AS: 'You saw the improvement, now we need to build on it.
Is this scouse tool living in a parallel universe.....34% possession, ONE, yes ONE effort on target....improvement???????
I don't want to hear one more word from this idiot. All the hard work & success that we as a collective (Management, TS,NW & yes, even SE (grr) players past & present, increased fan base etc etc) is all going down the toilet because of this man. All such a tragic waste of
opportunity. Dispondent doesn't even begin to cover it. Saturday will be emotional for all the wrong reasons!! Newcastle at Home
