Collin 6.5 – not a lot to do, but did it competently.  No blame attached for their goal.

Tootle 7 – calm and composed, defended well.

Audel 7.5 – another good performance, puts his body on the line and plays as if it matters.

Duffy 7 – solid throughout, Duffy is a far better player than he has looked most of the season.

Hollis 7 – surprised to see him at left back, but did a pretty good job.

Thompson 7.5 – very competitive, some touches of class, shame about the deserved red card.

O’Connor 8* - led from the front, won countless challenges, an inspirational performance.

Milsom 7 – nothing spectacular, but gave us a real presence in midfield, a vital part of the team.

Campbell 7 – very hard-working, covered a lot of ground and did a great job of stopping them playing.

Forte 7 – got into some great positions, maybe didn’t make the most of them but a danger throughout.

Stead 6 – can’t fault his effort, but his touch was poor and he offered little threat.

Fantastic feeling to walk out of the ground after getting 3 points again, fully deserved through a real team effort especially winning it with 10 men.  The effort and application was 100%, but this is the standard we need to attain every week.  Full marks to Alan Hardy and Kevin Nolan for one small step forwards, this game should be one we look back on as the turning point in our season, let’s hope it is.

Collin 5.5 - Well protected by the defence today. Beaten by a humdinger of a shot.

Tootle 5.5 – Defended well, less involved going forward

Audel 7.5 – MoTM. Good strong headers and positioning. Why did Sheridan overlook him?

Duffy 6 – Unusual to use the word "solid". Perhaps his best performance this season

Hollis 6 – well Dicko shouldn't get his place back based upon Hollis's performance.

Thompson 6 – How some people say his 2nd yellow was harsh is beyond words. Deserved to go. Otherwise, a competitive performance.

O’Connor 6.5 - Much better, especially set pieces. Good to see competing for the second balls

Milsom 5.5  – People overlook one dreadful pass which allowed Crawley to break and nearly score. Gave a combative presence in midfield

Campbell 5 – Usual hard-working ethic, but counted only one decent layoff in the whole match

Forte 7 – Had a great chance in 1st half which he could not finish. Much better in taking positions  and deserved his goal

Stead 5– Effort yes but totally ineffective. Maybe will be shifted in transfer window to free up wages?

Collin - 7 Did all that was asked, came for crosses well and punched firmly. Excellent distribution today, started several great chances. No chance with the goal, that was a cracking strike.

Hollis - 6.5 Did really well, won tackles and looked confident on the ball, needs to understand his own position and spacial awareness but that would come from playing there more often.

Duffy - 7 Unasuming and confident in all he did, he and Audel look really good together

Audel - 7.5 Only bettered by O'Connor for me, defended extremely well, he & Duffy kept there dangerman quiet all game

Tootle - 7 Did all that was asked and got forward to support Thompson at the right times

Campbell - 6.5 Did well against a very good lower league right back. Seemed to be protecting Hollis more than going forward, he did it well

O' Connor - 8.5 Led by example, chased everything down tirelessly and had the quality to be composed when needed, that quality shone threw all game with excellent passing and calmness

Milsom - 7 Seemed to be hampered by Campbell's need to protect Hollis. Did well despite this

Thompson - 7 His energy caused them problems until he got tired and thus sent off. A real threat on the right wing

Forte - 7.5 Despite his panic when one on one, his effort and tenacity to get the ball was clear for all to see, he linked up brilliantly with O'Connor all game

Stead - 7 Kept that **** of a centre half busy all game which created the gaps for Forte to exploit

KN - 7 Set the team up really well and is quite clearly having a beneficial effect on all players. One slight criticism would be that he needed to change both Thompson and Campbell on 65 as they were knackered.

Collin 6.5 - Made a better effort of commanding his box but still punches when he could catch

Tootle 6.5 – The most solid he's looked at RB

Audel 8 – Solid again and forming a good partnership with Duffy. Gets on the end of our corners and free kicks.

Duffy 6.5 – I think he's playing better now because he has confidence in Audel.

Hollis 9 – This is an '9' on the Hollis scale, i.e. he played out of position and did everything that was asked of him. On the ordinary scale then 6.5

Thompson 4 – Yes he played well but could have got a red in the first half and you don't pull back players when on a yellow. He could have cost us the game.

O’Connor 7 - This is what we expected when he joined. Starting to  lead the team.

Milsom 6.5  – Starting show he's worth a place in the side.

Campbell 6 – Did a lot of good closing down, whcih help us to control the midfield.

Forte 7.5 – Worked really hard and caused their defence no end of problems. Was there when it mattered.

Stead 5 – His legs have gone.

Spot on, thought he did a great job down the left helping to protect Hollis.

He has probably been our most consistent midfielder this season. Doesn't do anything flash, but always works hard.

I used to think he was useless, but he's finally settling in to a system he is comfortable with and showing that he can actually play a bit. Don't mind admitting I was wrong about him, well almost, he was useless last season..

Collin 5 – Nothing really for him to do, though he looked awkward at times and his distribution could have been better.

Tootle 4 – Always got beaten, never actually defended. One player ran rings around him five times and it was very frustrating to see.

Audel 7 – Nothing special, just steady and reliable (the way he should play).

Duffy 6 – Defended quite well, got involved and put his body on the line which we needed at times.

Hollis 7 – Very calm, always communicating and read the game well. He was the best at marking for me, plus he always timed each challenge well.

Thompson 6 – Did the running well, moved about but very wasteful with his distribution. He hung to it and passed/crossed often at the wrong times.

O’Connor 8 - He actually looked motivate and interested, his movement and direct approach really helped us. If it wasn't for him, we would have struggled to score or even come close.

Milsom 5 – Very flat in terms of performance, offered very little and it was like he had a head transplant with O'Connor.

Campbell 6.5 – If it wasn't for his poor control at times and the wasted passing, his energy and hard-work would have been rated higher. Steady but could have offered more!

Forte 7 – He was a lot like Campbell, very fired up and worked hard. Deserved the goal and looked to motivate others around him.

Stead 4 – Looked unfit for the most part, his first touch wasn't present and he ran in circles (making it hard for him). Just very poor for me.

collin 5 – nothing really to do but was steady in goal.

tootle 4.5 – he stayed in position but got beat way to easily and put us at danger from crosses.
audel 6.5 – really just above average, he did not have to do much but was sensible for once.
duffy 5 – played quite well but like tootle and audel, he did not offer all that much. just a steady performance.
hollis 7 – put himself about, worked hard and blocked shots which looked quite powerful. he seemed always capable of handling crawley.

thompson 5.5 – a bit untidy but did offer a lot of movement and skill.
o’connor 7 - worked well with the strikers and offered something going forward, very good performance.
milsom 6 – a bit like audel, did nothing spectacular but was tidy in what he did.
campbell 5 – very disappointed because he chased things down but ended up giving it a way 9 times out of 10.

forte 6.5 – worked hard, hassled defenders and looked lively. always felt he would be a threat during the game.
stead 3 – he offered very little and i felt he played quite poorly, if we had a faster option like collins i would have subbed him sooner.
