I don't expect anyone to go into the financial details of this hearing. It would be very unprofessional to do so. But I think we should at least be told which way it went. 

 

To be honest, the past is the past with John. I am not really bothered about the result but .. for those who are I do agree a club statement should be issued.

I think when secrecy is placed into something like this, it either means John won or some sort of settlement has been agreed out if court. This is the only logical explanation, as neither Sheridan or Hardy would want people to know.

Whereas if Hardy was in the right (I believe he was) and won the case, I think he would want to say.

That said I'm not bothered, I just feel John Sheridan is a shark and a marta.

I fail to see how John Sheridan is the victim in this, he was sacked and managed to return quite quickly to a managerial position.

I would guess that some sort of out of court settlement was reached.  My youngest daughter's boyfriend works for the law firm that represented Sheridan, I'll have to ask him if he knows anything and hope he isn't bound by confidentiality.

He will be if he knows anything, and if he formed part of the team that represented Sheridan especially.

In any industry that is a  dismissal offence if that course is chosen , deservedly so , the problem with this is that JS saying it was for more football reasons hence compo , hopefully now whatever happened it's the end of it .

yeah hopefully its all in the past now and we can move on.
