Good luck to him. I think Notts fans are used to allowing good young players go and seeing them become much bigger players later in life.

It's like calling referees isn't it, few fans can put themselves in their shoes but demand perfect decisions nearly 100% of the time. With youth players they develop at different times and I imagine its very hard to see. I am sure Notts choose the best potentials at the time and who knows, the rejection from Notts might have made him work harder. I think it's harsh to criticise overly. 

For me it shows the club is doing something right.
