Wolves Game To Go Ahead

Not too chuffed to be honest given all of the players we're going to be missing due to internationals. Jack Grealish, Callum McGregor and Greg Tempest will be off playing for their under 21 sides, while Andre Boucaud will be away, plus Danny Haynes is unavailable through suspension. Letting the game go ahead is just asking for a mauling really, and I'm dissapointed the club didn't make the call.

The longer Shaun Derry has to work with this squad the better. It seems to me that we're only letting it go ahead so we'll get a bigger crowd than we would on a Tuesday night

I'm disappointed - for those reasons plus;

I will be at Center Parcs for the weekend, very nice & all that, but not only willI I now miss yet another game but also the opportunity to hear Shaun Derry speaking and doing a Q & A in the VP lounge prior the match. Gutted!

I'd rather us play it to be honest.

It's a game we are unlikely to win (I know you never know) but I'd rather us use it as a way to try players who are missing out. We have capable players to fill in, good chance for some of the untest players. Yes, we will likely miss some of the key lads but hopefully not to much. Good chance for others I say!

A field where dreams become reality.

I've got mixed feelings about playing the match, on the one hand we are going to miss some very influential players so there is more chance we will lose but on the other hand we do need the extra revenue that a Saturday fixture will bring.

Let's face it we are going to lose McGregor and Grealish soon any way, don't they go back in January? So we'll have to get used to life without them.

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

I have to agree with Joe on this, obviously we are going to be missing key players in Boucard and McGregor, Haynes and to a certain degree Tempest, but,

Lets see how the replacements do, in the long term for Notts blooding some of them a bit more against a side sure to give us a good test (even though they will also be short of some) can only be a positive. IMO
