I've only seen Tom Williams in one game, I think did in a friendly but I'm not 100% sure. Carl Regan is another, who impressed me when he came to us originally on loan. I'd say these two are probably our weaker links, though I'd really like to seem them get their heads down and win the majority of the fans over who most likely will agree with me or name them too.

I can't really comment as I have to rely on Radio Derby and TV .We are mostly a very young, inexperienced ,side so a degree of inconsistency is to be expected.Fans always notice when players are scoring regularly and are quick to criticise if a player makes a mistake but often a lot of a players efforts go unnoticed.I just hope that Nigel Clough can keep on improving the side just like his father did although that's perhaps too much to expect.

every team will have weak links.

jonny evans or shinji kagawa, i cannot comment on notts but would trust joe's insight. i've read other notts related boards, had good discussions about them in the past and clearly there is an issue with players being named as escape goats. tom williams is one that tends to be named fairly often when i have visited that horrible site that profits of fans.

No weak links in the Walsall side at the minute! Got a great team spirit in the camp- no big name Charlies most are young lads just starting out and a pleasure to watch them.

Same with us at Swindon Sadlad. A couple of players do not seem to be living up to the previous manager's expectations but it would be unfair to single them out.

Difficult to say Super Ram,

We have 9 out of contract at season's end and, given the ownership uncertainty at present, it is likely that some of the better players will move on.

Our strength under the previous manager was squad unity and this does not appear to have weakened since Kevin MacDonald,s appointment.

If promoted the current squad would provide a strong foundation but strengthening would be essential to avoid an immediate relegation.

It's certainly a tough call to make, sometimes the players you'd expect to struggle dramatically improve and other times you wonder why they were given a chance. I think some deserve the chance to see what does happen, although the manager needs to ultimately feel his squad is strong enough. I hear Swindon have the best strike force (maybe goal related) and haven't conceded many either. Good signs, your dry patch could be resolved fairly easily or it could remain. Unity was shown on Saturday, clever link up play and although I felt some of your player over used their hands at times or became a little physical (that's the refs job). I agree with your comments, your side has a good chance.

Perhaps it would be better to wait and see how your season ends and what happens with the ownership issue before commenting further. Good luck anyway,Mickey.
