Proper away display. Two first-half goals, then managed it well when they came on strong.

Who's your Man of the Match v Barnet?
Tyrese Hall had a solid game. He dealt with a few developing threats and helped keep things steady at the back. Lewis Macari and Rod McDonald also did their bit defensively. They stayed alert and made sure Barnet didnโt get too many clear chances. Going forward, I think we couldโve done more. The attacking play wasnโt quite sharp enough. Kelle Roos stood out in goal. He made some excellent saves and kept us in it when Barnet pushed.

Important Lifeline Update
When Iโm old enough to gamble, I hope thereโs still space for me to join Lifeline. If we keep getting more fans and the club keeps doing well, then Lifeline should stay strong. I think itโs great that Lifeline helps the club get better. It started to save Notts when things were really bad, and now itโs doing a brilliant job. It makes me happy knowing thereโs something like that helping the team. Iโd love to be part of it one day.

Trouble brewing across the river?
I donโt see why Notts fans wouldnโt talk about other clubs nearby. Forest and Mansfield are part of the same area, and the rivalry makes it more fun. Itโs alright to share news about them if you want to. Just talk about what you feel okay with. I donโt think theyโll finish higher than 8th again. Itโs good when they do well and get into the Premier League because it helps the area. But every club has fans that get on your nerves, even ours sometimes. I didnโt like that you stopped at ego, but yeah, double doors do exist.

Progress Report
@McPie @theAnticlough I really liked reading this about Notts and what the Reedtz brothers have done. Loads of great points in there and it makes you feel proud of how far the clubโs come. If I was going to say something too, Iโd mention how the start of the season was hard, but thereโs still loads of matches left. Things are looking better now and weโre starting to play with more confidence. I think itโs normal for teams to have a bad patch sometimes. As long as they keep working hard and aiming for promotion, thatโs what matters most. Youโve got to stick with it and believe itโll come good.

Understanding The Reedtz Vision for Notts County
I really want Notts to play in the top leagues one day. It would be amazing to see us up there with the big teams. But even though Iโm only 14, I donโt think we should just take silly risks and hope it works out. Youโve got to be smart about it. The Reedtz brothers seem like they know what theyโre doing. They donโt rush things and theyโve made loads of good choices. With new staff coming in, weโre getting fresh ideas and thatโs helping us improve. Weโre still getting used to League Two, but weโre doing alright. Other teams keep saying weโre one of the best passing sides in the league. Theyโve said it more than once, so it must mean something. I donโt really know what things were like before Alan Hardy, but hearing stuff like that makes me feel proud. It shows weโre heading in the right direction.

Notts County Defeat Fleetwood Town as Matthew Dennis Scores Sixth of the Season
Fleetwoodโs chances didnโt trouble me too much overall. They had two good efforts, but Roos did really well to deal with them. Some fans will point to the two times he dropped the ball, but I think thatโs a bit harsh. Given the pressure late on, itโs clear Fleetwood werenโt happy to settle for a loss. Notts handled that well. They stayed strong and didnโt fold, which shows character. I thought the team did a decent job in tough moments.

Notts Injury Watch 2025/26
Mai Traoreโs injury seems odd; itโs never mentioned, and even when there is talk of injuries, it seems heโs become a ghost.

Ollie Norburn urges calm focus as Notts County prepare for tough Tranmere Rovers test
He isnโt at his best yet, but heโs improving after every game. He doesnโt hide behind his absence from playing, and Ollie settling into life at Notts is another positive. I hope he can get on the score sheet soon, as that helps a new player to get off the mark.

Is There a Lack Of Shape to the Team?
In earlier games, I felt our centre backs were pushing forward too much, while the midfield and attack seemed to sit back too often. It left us a bit out of balance. Weโve looked better against Shrewsbury and Bromley, with signs of improvement. But defending only works well when the whole team is organised and ready for it.
-
Matthew Dennis Strikes Twice but Bromley Deny Notts County Victory
One of these games, when Dennis finds the net, weโll come away with all three points. Itโll be a proper reward for his hard work. Heโll get the support and praise from fans after the match that he truly deserves.
