Mike Dean - VAR
Mike Dean has made the worst comments that any former official could have made, what does he think will happen by publicly saying it? People wonβt think the officials are mistreated, they will instantly think what else has he turned a blind eye to during his game. If he can do this for a friend, heβs not trustworthy because you have to be unbiased and follow the law of the game.

Bank Holiday Weekend Plans
I am off work for a week, so I will be exploring my options. I am tempted to go to the Lincolnshire coast for a few days. First, I have a seat with my name on it. So, I will decide based on the weather but Saturday is all about match day for me.

Cameron apologises
Credit to Kyle Cameron, but I donβt think he needed to say sorry. Some fans will expect that, itβs fine. Whatever. I would like to see what has happened since, a positive reaction on the pitch. That goes a lot further than words, but I do appreciate it.

Transfer deadline day looms...Ins and outs?
I donβt expect any signings to come, Notts may make a surprise signing and provided itβs not someone higher up the pitch. Then fair enough, I think we can manage until January myself. Yet the board and Luke Williams may think differently, I am hoping Notts doesnβt bring in a defensive midfield because they will end up a spare part much like Frank Vincent and Ed Francis did last season.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Super White Army (H)
If Notts can muster a good performance and claim a win, it should push us a bit higher up. The form and potential clean sheet sound appealing, I hope Aidan Stone can. Tranmere Rovers might not have played their best previously, but they clearly have goals in them. Teams can turn their poor form around at any time, just because Notts have done well in their past few games doesnβt mean it will be the same here. Yet I hope that they can keep Tranmere quiet. That would be my game plan, work to pick the ball back up and keep them out of the game. If the creative players can get the ball into areas for chances, goals should come. My score prediction would be 3-1 to Notts, Langstaff, Scott and Jones.

Notts County Aim to Build on Recent Good Form Against Tranmere Rovers
I'm genuinely excited for this match. Our good form against Tranmere's struggles, should make for intriguing football!

Richard Brindley on Adapting to League Two and His New Role in the Back Three

Match Discussion: Game 1 - The Us (A)
There will be a lot of happy fans traveling to Sutton tomorrow. Does anyone know if we have sold out our allocation? I hope those lucky enough to make it give good support to the boys, and in return, they deliver a solid performance. I think Notts should manage a comfortable 2-0 win.

Stall's pre season preview
Mark Stallard has a way with words that most strikers of his era simply don't. I enjoyed watching his thoughts on the upcoming season and how he thinks Notts will do. I think we have a good chance to do something special if we can get the right results.

Curtis Thompson joins Cheltenham
Good signing, decent player. Curtis Thompson works hard and never stops running, so I think he will be perfectly fine, and I hope he settles in well.

Magpie Circle with Charlie and Stall
Yes, the Magpie Circle is an excellent show. I listen to most episodes on the way to work, and this is an excellent lineup. Very interesting as to what was discussed, and I am pleased to see Charlie Slater still around.

Calling overseas fans - iFollow
Good price. I don't mind paying for the audio pass if the quality is guaranteed. If it cuts out, as I have experienced in the past, then I wouldn't be a happy fan paying for something twice.

JOB... 4 years exiled video
He's been here longer than most managers since when? Before the 90s? He deserves a lot of respect for still going because it takes a lot of dedication to keep your body able to do what he does.

Darnell Fisher
Darnell Fisher would be an excellent addition. There's still time, but the longer it isn't announced, the higher the chances are that it's not going to happen. I would agree that there is no point in allowing players to train at the club who are not recruitment potentials.

BBC RNS Dave Bracegirdle pre eve of season thoughts
Dave Bracegirdle will be perfect; he covered while Charlie Slater wasn't doing the coverage many times. I have gotten used to him, and I like the quality of his writing.
