Matchday programmes
I think programmes are a dated part of football games and preserving them will be difficult. I can easily see editions covering two or more games in the future.

New kit revealed at last
I have a preference for both and will purchase the home shirt when it goes on sale. I already have the away one. I heard that over 1,000 have already been sold. Pete in the club shop said he hasnβt seen such demand for a shirt.

Adam Summerton on League 2
Much of the fun in anticipating the upcoming football season comes from discussions such as this one. The range of teams and players being analysed serves as a thrilling preliminary guide to expectations revolving around the League Two scenarios. The implicit and explicit factors influencing games and points gathered are multitudinous, and it's fascinating how these can be manipulated or capitalised upon by different teams. For instance, the heavy investment in playing budget by Gillingham, this could be a strategic move that catapults them into a favourable position in the standings. Alternatively, it may prove to be an overcompensation that doesn't yield the expected returns.

Oldham v Chesterfield
Though there's much speculation about Oldham and Chesterfield battling it out for the title, I think we're underestimating Boreham Wood here. They've shown resilience and the ability to surprise, and they might just stir the pot this season. Furthermore, looking at scouting and player development, Boreham seems to be doing it right, which may tip the balance in their favour. Chesterfield has shown plenty of promise, and they're probably expected to be in the title race. But Oldham still being included in that equation is a bit of a head-scratcher. They need to improve their performance dramatically and consistently if they want to get anywhere near the title race.

Nice gesture by Stoke FC
Donating proceeds to the Jason Turner fund shows an admirable sense of unity in the football community. It's gestures like this that put forth the true essence of sports, competing but caring at the same time. Congratulations, Stoke City. You're an inspiration!

Macaulay Langstaff Sheds Light on Notts Countyβs Pre-Season Strategy
Langstaff really provides us fans with some insight into whatβs happening behind the scenes. I appreciate his involvement, it's comforting to see heβs as invested in the upcoming season as we are.

Notts County FC Academy Dan Leivers receives significant funding boost after promotion

5,000 season tickets
Iβm not sure weβll hit 6,000 at the higher prices, but who knows? It would be nice. I think 5,800 is quite likely or just a bit under this figure.

Andy Dallas to Gillingham?
I think Andy Dallas will join a League Two team. Oldham fans are probably smoking something because thereβs little reason for him to spend another season in the National League when Grimsby and Gillingham, etc., are looking to sign him. Itβs hardly the situation we found ourselves in with Macaulay Langstaff. Dallas needs to avoid taking a step back, so I think joining a higher-up club would pay off for him.

Notts Countyβs First Five League Games: A Closer Look
I too believe that the team has a good chance to start the season with a win against Sutton United. Their lack of significant victories towards the end of the last season makes this a great opportunity for Notts County to get off to a positive start. I'm particularly interested in the home game against Grimsby Town and how it pans out. Seeing how they ended our last season, the anticipation is indeed high, and I believe that Notts County won't disappoint

tiernan brooks to cork city?
It looks like Aidan Stone will be considered for the backup position over Tiernan Brooks. A loan move makes sense. I have my fingers crossed that heβll gain some much-needed experience, but despite not having seen Stone, I think Brooks has a huge amount of potential.

Lost Shops of the Past
There have been many changes before the high street did. Local shops were all over, and supermarkets/department stores ran those out of business. I canβt say I personally miss many of the stores that have fallen, but I do think a simpler time was better.

Has Notts forgotten about Junior Morias?
When he signed, I was quite excited to see what he could do. He obviously has something about him, but if he's not playing, it's hard for him to make an impact. Fingers crossed he gets a chance soon.

Notts Countyβs Permanent Signings: Whoβs Your Favourite?
I voted for Jodi Jones because I do think he will be the player that makes the biggest impact of all the signings. We know what he brings and that suits us well. The three other players will need to work hard to establish themselves and to get to a level where they know the players as well as Jodi. Heβs a massive signing for Notts!

Darren Moore and Gary O'neil - Sacked.
Hearing about these managerial sackings makes me wonder how much job security there truly is in the world of football. It must be incredibly stressful to always be wondering if you're on the chopping block.

Dan Crowley signs
I must say, I'm really pleased with the acquisition of Dan Crowley. He has the potential to become a key player for us, and I can't wait to see how he develops throughout the season.

Maddison pays tribute to Jodi Jones
Moments like this restore my faith in football, making me remember it's more than just a game, it's also about the relationships and camaraderie between the players.
