  1. I recall family friends from Bermuda staying at my parents house that went to the game but I cannot remember watching the game itself. My first memory of any TV was the assassination of JFK and my first TV football memory was probably Man U Benfica in 1968. My very first Notts match was in March 1967
  2. #waffle905 3/5 streak: 94 #wafflediamondteam wafflegame.net another click and drag error may have cost 2 stars
  3. Notts weren't exactly "electric" that day
  4. #waffle904 5/5 streak: 93 #wafflediamondteam wafflegame.net
  5. I was there for Hackworth's debut, a pre season friendly at East Fife. He scored ... but I never rated him on that appearance or subsequent appearances. £ for £, Notts's worst ever signing... eclipsing Agana's purchase price
  6. My great aunt used to live on Villa Road, by Elm Avenue. She worked for an antiques dealer My grand mother echoed what your grandfather has said re Queens Walk. I recall seeing the zip wire from the Clifton buses thinking that looks like fun... but I always respected by grand parents advice on perceived "no go" areas
